Went for breakfast but a very long wait because they were doing take out orders first . Very dirty needs a good cleaning. The waitress was very nice .
Teresa was our amazing server. Although they were short staffed and out of stock in certain items she made our night so special. We went just to try the special menu but ended up staying 2 hours cause she had us all singing in the middle of the night.
Poor to no service at the table.Waitress is incompetent. Manager was mouthing off to the only waitress.There were only two tables being served. I left as I waited about 15 minutes and no waitress.Take out orders should take a backseat to customers that are sitting and waiting at your tables.
This IHOP is poorly managed I don’t even want to blame the staff but they also don’t have good customer service. They won’t answer the phone even if they are full staff i I called 3 times no answer I walk in and there are to 2 cooks 3 servers and maybe a manager nobody even greeted me and there were people in fron of me saying they been there 10 mins and no acknowledgement. And the food ain’t good eitherJust go to the one in Federal way better service they even answer the phone trust me STAY AWAY!!!!
The service was I might say slow no one was on the same page. Waitress was always saying to many orders grill is small. The food ducked also. Took about one hour to get order half of order was cold.
Empty no customers were in house but I think they had a few take out orders. The waitress and chef seemed to be more into each other then customers. They had no mozzarella sticks and instead of informing us they just substituted it for something else. I asked for well done has browns but instead got burnt bacon. Had I seen checkers across the street, I would have gone there.
this has to be the worst IHOP I have ever been too. Service was horrible. The food sucked. It's took about 30 mins for my friend to get his food and there wasn't much. The servicer had tell cook three times that's not what he wanted. Just bad experience all the way round.
WORSE iHop on the ENTIRE PLANET. Avoid this place at all cost. I ordered the Split decision breakfast for my son, scrambled eggs with american cheese (extra $1.29), substitute flavored pancakes for protein pancakes (extra $1.99). Received my order..... a slice of american cheese on top of my scrambled eggs which was obviously ran through the microwave and regular flavored pancakes... NO protein pancakes. Unbelievabel. Never afuckinggain. Three times they have screwed me over... this is the last time.
The person that took our order was very nice however I don’t like the fact we got these cups for our drinks when asked was these the only cups they had he stated yes, but as I recall these are for kids there is no way this cup is $2.50 for this drink… also wanted to dine is but for some reason this 24hr location was carry out only….
I always liked the IHOP food chain and mostly it is a well oil machine, but came on a day the help was very limited and the customers grew tried of waiting, I had plenty time but it was a long wait, we where still well served and food was hot and good.
