lousy service. 35 minutes? they put my food. and my coffee was served to me after 40 minutes in a disposable cup??♀️ I do not recommend this IHOP. and for me, I will not return?
We didn’t even get seated at this location, A man was waiting for 15 mins for a take out order and No one took his order, The Manager was rude, people were leaving and she said She didn’t care.
The worker Gab is the bestttt, Customer service skills are one of the best I've ever seen. I've been all over the world and i would like to say that I really really really enjoyed dining here due to the personality that he has and how he makes you feel that you're at home eating one of the best meals you ever prepared. Can tell that he really enjoys what he does. Thank you for having me... all the way from Turks and Caicos
It's was not clean at all the waiting was Ridiculous. And on top my daughter's was seating all Quiet and out of nowhere some coworkers started fighting yes my daughter's got scared and they wanted to leave out of this Place. They need to clean this place fix this place up ASAP.
They don’t even care anymore, mobile order took more than 2.5 hours to be ready.I understand they could be busy, but denied a refund because I was tired of waiting is something else… the manager didn’t even care.Wait or go without your food and money.Be ready
A little kindness goes a long way.My adventures to Florida from California.My day started off leaving to LAX at 2 am to park my car, take the shuttle to the airport and check in for my 5am flight. After a 10 hour flight including a 3 hour lay over in Chicago my kids and I finally arrived in Florida! We were so excited until while checking into our hotel my rental gets hit by a drunk driver. That was an ordeal that took 2 1/2 hours to resolve which included the Sheriff taking a report. It had been a LONG day to say the least. I hadn’t even made it up to our room yet. My head was pounding and I was starving. I called my kids to come down and stated let’s find something to eat.I find @IHOP down the street, I park and walk up to the door and the door was locked. They were closing until Gabriel comes and opens the door and let’s us in. I offered to go else where as I didn’t was us to be “those people” walking in as they were closing. He insisted it was no problem and sat us down. His dry sense of humor and sarcasm had my teenagers and I cracking up.Little did Gabriel know how much I needed that, everything from his humor to his recommendations of the stuffed pancakes and cheddar cheese on the eggs, to complementing my makeup ( I looked rough let me tell you).Thank you Gabriel for reminding me there are some pretty awesome people in the world.In a world where people can be horrible (drunk driver guy who refused to give me his name) be a Gabriel.FYI I overheard him say he only works Mondays. What a bummer, wish we could have seen him again.
Ordered Biscuits and Gravy. Was supposed to come with eggs, sausage and hash browns. Came out on a plate with 2 biscuits and barely any gravy. We had to ask for the rest of our food. They acted confused.Also ordered the new Nitro cold brew coffee. It was literally coffee poured from the hot coffee and put on ice. Very bitter. Didn't even bother to ask about that after the biscuit and gravy incident.The waitress was fantastic. Super nice and very sweet. Seemed like they had trouble with the new menu. Don't usually complain but we were a hungry family of 5. ?♂️?♂️
Worst experience I've ever had at ihop!The waitress was kind but it took literally 40 minutes to ask for our drinks, and then another 20 minutes to receive our drinks!We ordered our food when we received our drinks and that took 1 Hour before it reached our table!We couldn't even ask for the manager because she was too busy fussing at the other employees about stuff that had nothing to do with IHOP.My advice to ownership is to do a COMPLETE REFRESH on training! It starts from the top down! I've never seen anything like this! The restaurant was only about 50% full, so I don't understand why things were so dysfunctional! I was visiting from out of town and I can honestly say I will never eat here again!
They don't seem to be able to handle high volume hours. The broccoli was old, the service as for as the waitress was concerned was non existent, and the pancakes ? was so cold that the butter never had a chance to melt. After ordering what was visible on the menu, potatoes was brought out instead of rice. The waitress response was, "well you didn't specify". Well, she didn't ask. I left a tip but no one deserves one. Perhaps they all was just having a bad day, I know I'm starting to have One. I pray ? it gets better.Table 4 C:29:52 am3/5/22
