The worst customer service the management is rude my toast was so freaking hard I couldn’t even bite it worst breakfast ever and when I complained she stated that how it goes… never again
Consistently poor coffee. I order it black because any time I’ve ordered with cream or almond they put more creamer in than coffee. But when I order it black they can’t mask how bad the coffee is. They also use way too much ice often. “Buddy” you aren’t saving money by doing this. Ppl will just take their business to another location opposed to you saving 2 cents
Long lines...short staffed...but a pleasant crew. They do not have lemons for iced tea..discontinued...that does not make me happy! Corporate needs to make this happen...iced tea without lemon is like coffee without coffee!
I have been a patron of this location for over a year. Every single morning Talia would assist me and made my experience great. Always made my drinks perfect, treated myself and my daughter when I had her with respect, and did pretty much everything at that store. There was an incident that happened at Dunkin with an employee so I asked to speak to the manager. Instead of hearing me out, this manager degraded her ex employee and was beyond rude. I’ve had managers like this in the past, where I run myself to the ground doing everything I can for a company and they treat me so poorly. I hope Dunkin’ will change their manager training and show the leaders of these locations that you have to show compassion and respect your employees.
Donuts and breakfast sandwich were fine. The staff there are really unprofessional (mainly the cashier ladies). Lots of swear words being used in background conversations and no eye contact or general feeling of being welcomed when speaking to them. Felt ghetto. Won’t come back to this one.
I do not recommend using this Dunkin’ Donuts location I’ve been a loyal Dunkin’ Donuts customer for over eight years I just moved to this neighborhood and this is the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to my address I’ve came here multiple times and each time at cage every employee each different employee has been rude and very disrespectful to the point where they threaten to attack and even throw coffee on me I’ll never ever go back to this location but due to the fact that the store manager the general manager didn’t even do anything but condoned in their behavior makes it worse somebody needs to do something about this location before somebody gets hurt , Everybody is rude disrespectful and very violent towards the customers
I usually have good service whenever I visit Dunkin but this one was not good I had to ask the question 'Do I need to go outside and follow the drive through line because no one acknowledged me and then an employee said no and after a brief wait someone came very poor customer service
Every time I come here I get a attitude from the servers . It’s one over size woman that works the front then it’s a smaller look Arab always have a attitude like they hate they job . I’m not returning to this location
Terrible! I bought a coffee roll and the entire center of the coffee roll is raw dough!!!! then when you try to call up there and tell somebody there’s a voicemail and on top of it the voicemail box is full!!! I try to let them know so that they won’t sell it to anybody else but guess they will and people will just get sick!!! how do you serve something with raw dough!!??? Let’s hope I stopped eating it in time and I don’t get sick!!!!
They start closing WAYYYY too early. Don’t waste your time coming an less an hour and half before closing if want anything other than a hot coffee.
