Employee working the drive through today around 4pm shift should not be in customer service. Employee is rude and disrespectful with the attitude when greeting to take an order. I called the location to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager and you could here employees joking around in the background. I don’t recommend this location as it is clear the franchise owner I’m sure doesn’t follow Dunkin’ Donuts franchise standards. Employees of this franchise location clearly show this.
Went inside the Duncan Donuts in Pompano on Federal Hwy to get drinks and food orders and was told only drink orders.. mean while you could get food if you go through drive thru.. to bad you can't give 0 stars.. so went to Starbucks down the street..
My favorite Dunkin! The staff is quick and friendly, been coming here for about a year and they NEVER fail with the coffee. Always great ??
One of my favorite chains, Covid protocol, very good staff, parking. I love the menu but don't always get a sandwich or donut, but I always get coffee even if I have coffee.
Kayla was amazing! My mom’s $2.00 flew out the window before my mom could grab it. Kayla instantly jumped out of the drive through window to retrieve my mother’s change.A+ customer service!
Usually this location is spot-on with their drinks and time. This is my go-to location when I'm in a rush for work because they move the line pretty quick. They do have their off days but we all do ?
Only drawback, is this place is always slammed!! No matter what time of day you may goPositives, the team works together to get the orders out ASAP and correct. Did always tastes good. And coffee is always made correctly.
Fast, friendly, and clean. Staff is very professional and very courteous.
