Tortilla of wake up wrap was wet and soggy like microwaved, not toasted. Should have been melty and crispy. At least that's how I make them and customers like them at my Dunkin. The coffee was great. I recommend the butter pecan latte. I ate and drank coffee after Church and asked politely for a refill of my water bottle since it was hot outside. One sweet little lady said "one moment please" so I waited a moment and then a few seconds later another lady said with an angry voice and bad attitude, "That'll be a dollar." I said, "Are you serious?" and she just stared at me and I left. There were like 7 people back there and none of them corrected her error. Never in all my time in Florida have I been denied tap water in my thermos. At least the coffee was good and it wasn't a big deal because I could just get water from Publix next door but still, that was incredibly rude, ignorant, and downright unkind. I know America Runs on Dunkin', but I suggest every American runs away from this particular Dunkin' and onto the next.

The woman at the window was nasty. Couldn’t provide a receipt after messing up our order handing us someone else’s food, rudely reaching to get the food back, and had an attitude towards us for he own incompetence. I know it’s hard to multitask such as providing the paying customer with a receipt after purchase- maybe find a new gig. Disgusted I’ll never go back.
They probably keep adding water into the coffe machine with same coffe in the filter, because it tastes like milk water. Which means they must be taking the coffee for personal use, skipping brewing loads for business.
Breakfast is supposed to be enjoyable but now when it comes to this Dunkin' donut restaurant located on 949 East McNab road Pompano Beach Florida 33060 store number 35227. From the disgusting food to the horrible customer service I had one of the worst experiences ever visiting a Dunkin' donuts in my. My hash browns were burnt my breakfast sandwich was disgusting and now I don't need that the customer service at this restaurant is HORRIBLE THE WAY THEY SPEAK to you you would think that you owe them something and that you did something wrong because of their lack of performance. All you have to do is heat up food most of this food is not even freshly prepared and for them to get it wrong it's mind-blowing. Not only did I want my refund complete refund back but there was no manager in the store to do that for me and I was told to return to get a refund at 6:30 in the morning mind you people have lives and they have to go to work what if I could not come back to get this refund then what???????? What if I was picking up breakfast on my way through a long commute then what to not be properly staffed is a no bueno Chick-fil-A or Starbucks would have never done such a thing and I would have never experienced such horrible customer service and the food would have never been this disgusting. We have to do better when it comes to serving breakfast to people because that is the most important part of the day and if you can barely get it right maybe this is not for you Dunkin donuts. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I WILL MAKE SURE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT THIS DUNKIN' DONUT AIN'T IT.

I have Been going to Dunkin Donuts For Years, Its A very good place, I don't see any flaws, although it took them 5 minutes to get me a cup of water.but apart from that, i really recommend it.
Don’t ever let the long line fool you into driving away. These folks do a great job and keep that line MOVING.

Everytime I go at 5:00 pm they always have their door closed! Which they shouldn't because they close at 7:00! And when I order it takes a long time to get my order! Plus, the workers are very lazy!! And rude!
