The white girl with glasses in the drive through is extremely rude ! No customer service only attitude here . Do not go .. unbelievable.. yelled at me for asking for a jelly. And made a comment saying who asked for jelly with a jelly donut .. when I had a bagel.
The worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Staff is very rude when taking your order, and they all have attitudes like they hate there jobs!! Not my fault maybe get a new job than be disgustingly rude to customers who just want there coffee. I wouldn’t recommend this one
Experience at Dunkin' donuts customer service excellent with a smile wouldn't recommend the donuts they were old and stale and cold taste was nasty I will not be going back there my first and last time bad experience for me but from what I heard from all the other reviews the coffee is great each is own
I ordered a shot of sweetened French Vanilla, I got UNSWEETENED VANILLA. Customer Service was HORRIBLE!!! They wouldn’t fix it and all but cursed me out at the window…such a shame they can’t get a simple order correct.
I am so amazed at how fast the service has become here. The customer service lady at the window literally was holding the cup outside of the drive thru pick up window before I got a chance to arrive from placing my order at the drive through speakers. The bagel didn’t taste fresh, though. The other time I visited the bagel was fresh.This place’s service is quicker than other coffee shops in the area. That’s why they’re so busy!
What a disgusting place to represent DD's. I do not mean that the location was dirty... I mean that the employees were rude, bitter, angry and did not know how to work with the public. After they made my order incorrect for the 2nd time, the manager said it was my fault. I kept my composure during the whole ordeal...my morning coffee is very important to me. I will never go back to this DD's again. I cant believe i am saying this, but i rather pay Starbucks for over priced coffee and great customer service.
These people can never get an order right. They screw up every single time. I have paid for items that were not given to me, received my coffee wrong every time. When you ask them nicely to correct it, they just look at you. A manager has to get involved and they are never friendly about it. This is a disgrace.
The coffee was done right the first time and the service was wonderful
Pulled up to the window and asked if I could add two hash browns to my order literally only two, I asked three times and she only said “no” every time and nothing else, no you need to go around again or anything like that, the third time I asked before I gave my card and she just looked at me and said no and I had to ask if I had to go around or anything while I’m literally right I front of her. Rude
After waiting 10 minutes in line I order a small hot black coffee paying $2.02 as we are driving off I am noticing the lid looks like they took it out of the garbage can and it’s not even close to full ! I really cannot believe they charged me for this being in a hurry to get to work I’m not even able to go back unbelievable. Please do not go to this unsanitary place .
