At first the sevice was not good i ask for a sandwhich and the Call Sarah made our day better and the we had a great customer Experience
The meat is definitely not deli meat. Just looking at that sandwich turned my stomach! But I ordered a Turkey club. There's ham on it n cheese! I think this place needs to Google there sandwiches before they sell anymore and upgrade their prepackaged deli meats before serving anything. No refunds I was told n when I asked for something else cheaper I was told I had to get something at the same value..... Come on you alreaducks with the other reviews on here..... Either make a customer happy to eat at ur establishment or find something else to sell.My daughter asked for pastrami n corn beef sandwich with provolone. Just a regular sandwich but they melted the cheese some how without toasting the bread. She never asked for it toasted and they only gave her corned beef. Which she said it was most likely bad cause it went right through her!! Btw.... Maybe ask the guy in the NY Bagel place next to you about sandwiches cause he seems to know what he's doing!! Good luck in keeping your place open!!
Downtown Deli is now under new ownership and the new owner is absolutely the best. She has cleaned the place up & the food is the best.
I've been coming to the festival flea market for at least 15 years and have always come to Down Home Deli in the food court for their hot dog special. Never had a problem until today when the service was terrible due to rude employee who took our order. Plus the hot dogs were nasty, not Hebrew national as we ordered. They had cheese and relish inside the hot dog. We showed this to the manager who totally didn't care. Will never come back here again.
Terrible deli with absolutely horrible service. Very rude man. Older white haired guy. I ordered a foot long hot dog and he brought out a much smaller hot dog. When I told him it was the wrong one he told me it's the same thing. I showed my receipt having paid extra money and he said if I want my money back here you go and that was it. This man is obviously doing this on the side and hates what he does and it shows with the way he treats all of his customers.

Down Home Deli should have zero stars. I had the worst club sandwich I ever ate! My husband's chef salad was a disgrace. I asked for toast when we ordered. Not only didn't I get toasted bread, but the "gentleman" at the counter was very rude and refused to toast the bread. If you don't want to waste your money, don't patronize this place!
Quick service! The scenery was ok and the food was pretty good!
