Pros:-Food and drinks are delicious!-Gorgeous ocean views ?-Pool and beach-side wait staff were excellent - fast and eager to serve youCons:-My order receipt ended up (literally) inside of my lunch..-Drinks are watered down and expensive (figure ~$15 cocktails)-Slow service - lunch took 45 minutes to arrive-Wait staff (inside the restaurant) are extremely transactional - could care less to ask you how you're doing/how your meal is
Visiting Florida for my nieces wedding and had the most rude encounter at the bar. Alejandro literally attacked with disrespect to my sister-in-law who is a well respected doctor in Texas. I’ve never seen such bad customer service in my life. They had given us a bill for the wrong amount and I believe we paid twice for one round. . I’ve owned a business for 40 years in California and this is unacceptable behavior!! I am in disbelief that this happened to a well respected person. I want to take my business elsewhere so please think twice if you decide to come here!
Parking can be a problem. There is valet parking but it's not free. My wife and I came for lunch, on a windy weekend. Nice view of the roiling ocean with foaming waves roaring onto a beach with few beachgoers and palm trees bending with the wind. We had appetizers, one with shrimp and the other with conch. Them we shared fish tacos. Lots of food that was pretty good. Service could have been more efficient.
We waited hours for our food. It literally took 2 hours before we got served. Lots of apologies about the kitchen having issues. My fish was cold and my sauce was congealed. We meet our server know out was terrible and she agreed. Expensive and TERRIBLE! THE WORST PART IS WE ARE STAYING HERE FOR 4 NIGHTS!
Beautiful restaurant right by the water, You will not find a place like this in Miami Beach. Pompano Beach is so much nicer and places like this really show you why.The restaurant is located in the pool area of the Hotel, There is Public Parking right across the street which is very convenient, The prices for breakfast were good the staff was friendly.
Wonderful scenery and ambiance. I got the popsicle mimosa and it was delicious. Would definitely go back again to catch the breakfast menu and bask in the sun. I love that it is on a private beach and the decor is stunning.
Reserved a canopy for day. Had free champagne, pool, walk to Beach. The service was excellent, food ??. We will be back in November, for a villa stay.
The restaurant was much more upscale than we anticipated. The menu felt a bit limited if you wanted something other than local fish (not much other seafood even). We could have used a bit more attention as a family, but I’m sure many parties come and sip on their drinks for long periods of time. It’s got a beautiful slow paced or romantic atmosphere. I didn’t realized that’s what it was, and felt awkward walking in with my toddler.
Dined here last night with friends. Service was excellent, drinks were great. The food was good but portions were extremely small for the price. The atmosphere was amazing. Tiki torches, fire places, good music playing. We sat at a table directly on the beach, listening to the waves with our feet in the sand.
I want to say Ricky & ? Casey were the best bartenders! Great food, delicious drinks (I recommend the Paloma!) and a wonderful view! Lunch or dinner, either is a winner at Deep!
