I tried cold stone for the first time a few weeks ago and a second time today and it was good, the same girl who helped me the first time was there again and she’s just so nice and patient.
Ice cream was just ok. Nothing special. Kids working there are great. They do their best. It was dirty but it was insanely busy so it's to be expected with that many customers.
Your staff can't handle more than 1 milkshake at a time, maybe there would be more than 2 customers if they could prepare more than 1 dessert in 10 minutes.
Very friendly, hard working employees. Went Saturday night, they were pack but still had a friendly greeting and the services was unmatched. The two employees both had smiles the entire time. Great experience
The establishment looked clean. The service was friendly. The prices seem a bit high based on the quality. I ordered a milkshake but it was much too sweet.

The Pompano Cold Stone Creamery has the most disengaged workers. The store is consistently grimy and unclean. There is not a single clean surface every single visit. The server had very long nails that tore through her gloves where you can see a film if wetness inside the gloves. I lost my appetite. God only knows if she cleaned beneath her nails. I about gagged when I walked out. Who manages the store? I understand that there is a worker shortage. But dang! At least try to look cleanly. I'll be going to a better location from now on.
