When totally full this restaurant is loud. We went on Cinco De Mayo so of course they were packed. We both ordered fajitas. They came out smelling delicious and sizzling. They were a bit greasy. This place has been here for many years. We've had delicious food here before so if you want a small restaurant experience in a local chain it's a good choice

Servers had poor communication skills.Food was bland and horribly overpriced. I asked for an asada burrito with sour cream and cilantro and I got a burrito with nothing but steak and pico de Gallo and I was charged $24 when I asked the lady about it she just shrugged and stood there until I paid her she told me it would be a little extra and it was $10 more. Very unclear and unprofessional.

I have been going to Cielito Lindo for decades - since I was in high school in the 80's. Although I no longer live in South Florida, I visit Cielito Lindo each time I come home to Pompano. This location has not changed since I was in high school. It's a small, cozy environment that fills up quickly. The food is the reason this place has survived decades and through the pandemic. The food is amazing. While Mexican food might be a big draw for some, I'm a huge fan of their Spanish dishes - in particular Masas de Puerco and Ropa Vieja. Masas de puerco is my main dish for this restaurant. Everything is legit here! The pork chunks are fried crispy but yet moist, the black beans and rice are perfectly seasoned and the fried plantains are amazing! Living in NC, I have zero access to Spanish/Cuban food so this place will always have a special place in my heart...and estomago!

Love their Chicken and rice soup! We enjoyed our lunch, as we always do. Service was great! Thanks for always being a great place to eat!

I asked for chile relleno, I was terrible surprised when the food arrive to the table with so much cheese on it, I mean basically like if I ordered cheese with chile relleno. And I thought it was my plate but then I looked at my husband plate he ordered chimichanga and the same full of cheese all over..my fried beans were cover with cheese. Why? Why do you have to put so much cheese on it?! Not going to this place ever again. Will not recommend this place unless you like to eat a lot cheese!

DELICIOUS! We had fajitas, chimichangas, enchiladas ?...ALL passed with flying colors. Beers only $4-$5, very pro staff. We'll be back!!

Went in for Taco Tuesday with a friend tonight and let me tell you that their food is freaking awesome. The taste and freshness of their food is on another level. Their Taco Tuesday is all you can eat for a very modest price and the service is top notch. I'm glad I found this little gem , they earned a new customer. Highly recommend!

Very tasty food excellent portions when I had a leftover and I heat it up on the stove the next day a lot of oil leak oil come out tremendous amount of oil so they must had a lot of lard or fat or oil to the food tasty what looks like it's not healthy

Food and service are always good. The take out orders they skimp out on the toppings and cheese! Make sure you check the order before you leave.

Small local Mexican restaurant and bar. Large portions. The spicy salsa was really good, not too hot. The mild salsa was bland. The chips were freshly made and not greasy.
