I'm traumatized!! The 2nd bite, I crunched down on a very fowl tasting "bean"...I immediately spit it out!! It had freaking legs!!!! A beetle in my food!!! And what's worse.... no one will answer the freaking phone!!! I took pictures!!! Never ever ever again!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!!!! Chipotle, I demand a refund and apology!
We eat here often...order & go. Usually satisfied with our order. Unfortunately this time the employee's made our dinner less than pleasant.Thank you, however we will not be back
I picked up orders to go, I was told they had a wrap with foil because they had no tops, At the register, I saw tops, and the manager said: "those are for to go". I said mine is to go and I'm a good customer. She became rude, then sarcastically nice. I spent $35.00 for bad service and was made to feel not worthy of a hard foil top. Badly done...
Store clean and staffed properly for afternoon. 3 stars because the food overall quality/offering seems to have dipped over the years. Was not satisfied with the food/product.
What can you say about Chipotle? Whether you pronounce it correctly or not, the food is consistently good and you get plenty of it. In fact, we usually split a bowl because it's a lot of food!
they serve child size burritos here. half scoop of rice and beans. half scoop of meat. dont come to this chipotle. i came here a second time to give them benefit of the doubt, and same result. 1/5 highly disappointed
Holy hell the steak burrito bowl and my kids steak tacos were so frickin spicy hot was a terrible experience. The whole order went into the trash out side. Just NO NO NO
Worst customer service ever. Waited 5 minutes for them to get off their cellphones and acknowledge I was standing there. They looked at me and argued over who was going to serve me. The girl who finally did serve me had the worst attitude. I had to ask 3 different people to get me dressing for my salad. I’ll never go back. I’d rather drive out of my way to go to a different location. Get new workers because the ones who work here, clearly don’t want to perform their jobs. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Rude employees. I run a food and beverage department for a living. This was just terrible.
This location is constantly busy, with good reason. They're foods are always on the spot when it comes to quality and quantity. First time I order a burrito, and definitely the first of many. Although their burritos are very big, and may tear apart while eating them, they're all round worth it.
Had raw chicken in my burrito today. Not sure if they are understaffed, undermanaged, undertrained, or all of the above. I’ve always been a huge fan of Chipotle but I won’t be returning here.
