Really good.. chicken deluxe burger is the best. But drinks ( milkshake, lemonade...) Aren't the best.
The cooks in the back are doing an amazing job! The food still tastes great! For me, it's the lemonade lately tasting really sour. Today, I went inside to use the bathroom and realized that the machine mixing lemonade is overly filled with pulp and frothy like it's not cleaned. The portions of fries seem to be changing as well. I got a medium and my husband a large, yet his portion matched mine. The people at the front are okay but you can tell they aren't guided or lead with professionalism.
This is the 3 rd time I ordered a market salad and have yet to get all ingredients that they say is on the salad….. how about the blue cheese!
Spend $50 online worth of chicken nuggets and chicken strips ordered EXTRA Chick-fil-A sauce on each item. Get my order through door dash. $50 worth of chicken with no dipping sauce. How do you guys forget your signature sauce with an order? ??EVERY time I order online they forget something. The people putting these orders together do not care. ?
I was really disappointed in the service I received today. I placed a mobile order. After waiting in my car for 20 minutes to no avail I went inside. I had to replace my order, wait another 20 mins and it was still wrong. I ordered a Deluxe with no cheese and got two Original sandwiches instead. So pipping hot my mouth is still burning!!! Im sadden bc I am always very satisfied with CFA.
Chick fil a is my go to fast food! I love the mobile order and just park to get my order to the car door! And even if the line is so long they move so quickly it’s amazing how fast they work
Good food great service one thing I'd add is more displays of available products further down the line as during busy time orders are taken by people dow the line and not just at the order kiosk. I dont go often and needed to see what my choices were. Excellent food and service unmatched!
Audrey in the drive thru is AHHHH-maxing! She is literally the only person to explain to me why they can’t take the bacon off of my cob salad. And I mean the only person I’ve even called corporate about it and was informed that there are other items on the menu without bacon I could order.
I had the nuggets and was surprised how tiny they were and the nuggets were over cooked. The edges of the nuggets were beyond crunchy. Had to remove about a 1/4 of the nugget to eat them. Service was good and the staff very friendly but the Nuggets I don't think I'll ever try them again
Best chick fil A I’ve been to. Great customer service. The young woman was so nice to me. My credit card wasn’t in my wallet and I didn’t have the ability to pay for my meal so she was kind enough to help. I promise I will make it right!!
