This is the worst place I have been to in years. Service was slow and food was very mediocre. BUT the worst is the cooks coughing on your food over masks that are not worn correctly. I won’t be back.
Stopped in during my short stay here and took out a meatball parm hero and a caesar salad. Excellent! The hero was on a nice crunchy seeded Italian bread . The meatballs were delicious and the cheese was fresh and tasty. I went back the next night and sat outside. I had Rigatoni Bolognese. The pasta was cooked al dente and the sauce was loaded with meat. Delicioso!
If I could put zero I would. This is my second time coming here with an absolute awful experience. My wife, daughter and I went there to eat. They were incredibly rude. There were a few tables open outside and said we had to sit at a 2 top because they weren't counting my daughter as a chair (mind you, she is over a year and a half old) they said they would sit us inside but couldn't sit us outside because we would be "occupying a table" then finally after saying they would let us sit outside the server said "well how long do you think you'll be" - needless to say we didn't eat there. It was some of the worst service I've ever received. Awful.
We visited this restaurant after walking past and brought take away arancini which were amazing. So we decided to return the same evening for dinners What a massive mistake! The waitresses was to busy telling us that the chef can't really cook and what not to have on the menu! So we stuck to pizza's they were OK nothing special. Then the bill arrived and we paid with a travel card and left a $5 tip. The waitresses was so angry and came ti challenge us we HAD to leave 20% tip. NO I don't have to. We paid spoke to the manager who said its customary to leave a tip. When we were half way down the road she ran after us screaming give me your card you have to pay @[email protected]@! We return the restaurant were the manager confirmed I had paid $98.98. NO APOLOGY The next day I checked my travel card and I can confirm I signed for 98.98 and was charged $108.98 an extra $10. I have reported it with all the proof. This is theft. Waitresses very rude if you do not tip. Manager needs to advise staff not to slate the food to customers. So watch out if you visit this restaurant your not overcharged if you decide not to leave a hefty tip.
Excellent food! I enjoyed their rice balls, meatballs, chicken parm, and excellent pizza.Would highly recommend it if you’re looking for excellent Italian food.
Wonderful little spot - we have been there three times in two weeks! The pizza is fantastic but our favorite is the Octopus salad - amazing. The Carlucci employees are friendly and helpful. They also offer easy online ordering and efficient pick-up. Enjoy!
One of the best pizza ever and the chicken wings as well, mussels too! Excellent local small Italian restaurant! Cooking with high quality ingredients
