More than 30 minutes waiting… and still waiting! Fast food??? I though we were just sacrifying quality for speed but now none of those.Not to mention the obvious and common unpolite behavior of the staff mostly throwing the food to your face without looking to you.What happened with the times McDonalds and Burger King were clean nice FAST food places with certain quality… now all is simply disgusting.Ah! My flat burger must be ready after an hour! Bye!…
Came through the drive thru a few minutes ago. I didn't wait long at all. But since there was no line there is no reason why my two sandwiches should have been cold. I wanted to take my food back but I was too tired. Rest assure, even though this Burger King is the close to my home, I'll drive further to get hot food.
Either the business hours are incorrect or the manager on duty/ employees are making their own hours; wnet by the drive thru at 9:50pm on a Thursday and no one was taking the orders, drove on and noticed 2 employees were inside but, the establishment was dimly lit inside in the seating area but, kitchen was ok- observation from outside.
How is it 24 hours and you go a 3 AM and nobody answer.. there's people inside , they see you and they act like nobody is in the window.. like a least say that you are not taking oder or something!!!!
When I received my order in the drive threw it was Incorrect I walked inside the restaurant and spoke to the manager that I was missing a order of fries and he said I don't think you paid for then and walked away but he didn't do my order. I waited for over 10 minutes for him to help me and he acted like I was not there . The restaurant was empty and only 2 cars in the drive threw. Definitely I'm not going back to this location. Managers need to be trained on customer care especially if the customer is being polite and patient.

Will never go back. 30 min wait for cold improperly prepared food. Tables were dirty and hadn't been cleaned all day. Roof was leaking with barrels to catch water horrible dining experience... Whomever is the manager needs to be fired as well as the district manager.!!!

Stole my handy cap brothers money. Made fun of him and made him drive around 3 times in drive thru to get his food. Horrible people
