We have been coming here for years and the past two times were just meh. First of all, the outside area until the tiki hut is really cute with a canal view but there are hundreds of flies which is just disgusting. The table next to us got lobsters (it was lobster night) and the flies swarmed them like a horror movie. We eat outside at a lot of restaurants around here and have never seen anything like this. The service is actually always good but the food is mediocre. On my last visit I ordered a mani sandwich and it was not great. In addition, my cole slaw was warm which made me worry about food safety. The food here used to be better. Not sure if they are cutting back or what. I think there are better outside choices these days.
Much different than 6 months ago. Friendly bartenders gone and no happy hour on weekends even though posted in front of restaurant 7 days a week. 2 small drafts over 11 dollars
Food and service was good prices are reasonable. Definitely a locals place. Recommend fried calamari with sweet chili sauce. Delicious
Overall it was ok. It was our second time there and the food is average. My muscles were good, my husband’s food was cold and they brought his soup with the meal even though my husband asked for it first. My daughter’s steamed clams were sandy and oily. The peel and eat shrimp were ok. It was a nice night and we sat outside and listened to the musician and he played a nice set of music. Our waitress at one point went mia and we had to have another waitress find her. I’d go back but don’t expect much.

Food was ok for the rest of the group. I ordered a steak and it was raw(like almost cold in the middle). I sent it back and it took them 25 minutes to bring it back to me(same steak). It was still raw but the rest of the group(7 of us) were done eating. I ate what I could and pitched the rest. 2 other got the fish tacos and said they were OK at best. The server was nice but rude at same time. When I asked how long the steak will take to come back she answered who knows I don't work in the kitchen. Then she was MIA for a while. No refills until I stood up and tracked her down.
The spinach artichoke dip was sooo delicious!! My Greek omelette was missing the onion and red peppers. I loved that it was loaded with olives but I really wanted to onion and peppers. It was also cooked too long and had that burned egg smell/taste. The hash brown had great seasoning and were extra crispy which I loved.

We ended up sitting at the bar, because there was a nice group there having a good time. We had a great time. The bartender/server was excellent. She knows her job and makes everyone feel like they are her most important customer. Food was good, priced right. We will definitely go again!
