A lovely place to stay. The decor is beautiful. Beach is easily accessible, pools are great. I left my bag in the room and they mailed it back to me promptly . The bar has a great happy hours and cool decor. The food was delicious in the outdoor restaurant

Loved our stay at The Beachcomber! We had been here quite a few years ago and a whole renovation has been done and it is just spectacular - especially the lobby and bar. Everything was perfect from check-in to getting our room a bit early and the delicious lunch at The Deep. We had Dave from Boston and he was so friendly, knowledgeable and fun! The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful and just the right temperature. There was even a live singer/guitar player while we were eating. Really added to the ambiance. The rooms have been nicely updated - very comfortable and clean. Every need was addressed! The Beachcomber staff are all awesome. We will definitely be coming back! We love it so much we might even do the Day Passess too! We only live an hour away so it is an easy, affordable and fun option. Do not miss this gem!

The service and employees were phenomenal I was here for 2 nights and 3 days and had multiple employees who recognized me from each day which was quite nice. The food and bar were very quality I can honestly say my father (who is a native and has eaten conch his whole life) and I both felt their conch fritters were the best we ever had.The rooms were fine, but the hallway noise and ability to hear things that happened in other rooms was not pleasant. The bathrooms also did not feel up to snuff as a six foot man the toilets were an incredible hassle to use as they were so low to the ground. The setup in tubs also felt a bit out of date and honestly detracted from the room. It felt like they took old rooms and slapped a new coat of paint on it instead of updating them. That being said there is great food nearby as well as in the restaurant. The beach view was great and their pools and beachfront were lovely. A nice stay overall but with some issues in some of the comforts I feel matter.

We stayed at the Beachcomber over Thanksgiving in 2012 and just had a blast. For our 25 th wedding anniversary we thought lets go back to the Beachcomber. Staying at the Beachcomber again over Thanksgiving 2021. We were not very happy, Our stay started with the front desk book us twice and discussed with us full payment. It was me and my wife I called made a reservation not our fault but made to think we were wrong. We ask to be high or low for ocean front due to a large palm tree that hidders your view. We were given the room with 2 palm trees right in our view Thanks Beachcomber. Starting on Thursday night you no longer can park yourself they require you to have your car valet. That valet went through the weekend. I would give 5 starts to the woman restaurant manager. The food at the restaurant was expensive for what you were served. Food was good but the food was way over priced. My wife and I would go down the strip and eat at other hotels price was not cheap but not as expensive as Beachcomber and we thought the quality and the amount was up for the cost we paid. I will say its a nice renovated hotel I will say the location is great But this RESORT with the RESORT FEE is not for us we wont be back, we were disappointed.

We stayed a week in May. Partial ocean front view room. View was great. Room is no frills. Wasn’t expecting a mini fridge in our room, but was pleasantly surprised to find one. No microwave. 10.00 per day charge for use of one. Coffee maker was an espresso machine. One shot of coffee isn’t enough for me. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping as requested. Walking distance to many restaurants. Beach is nice and clean. They are serious about not bringing coolers to the beach. We brought water bottles with no problems. You have to get beach towels at front desk which gets old fast. Nightly live entertainment was great. Valet parking via text message or free parking across a 4 lane street.

Lovely beach and pool, good front desk staff, definitely need an up grade in food and beverage choices and management-training. Expensive Hot food on a Cold plate, …really.! mediocre bar tending and choices at a minimum. “Partial Water View”…um, not so much. Very clean but can’t imagine we’d return. Overall … disappointing

The BEST hotel/resort. Really a resort!! EVERYONE is so kind and courteous! Special shout out to Amara at the front desk- she is the absolute sweetest and kindest!! Wait service at the beach and IN the pool. The entire resort has this amazing smell piped in and they sell candles in the scent!! Can’t recommend this resort enough! 10 out of 5!!

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are nice - we had a fully oceanfront room with a spacious balcony and it was fabulous. Live music at the adjoined restaurant was a big bonus. This was my second stay here, we decided to give it another try after a not-so-great trip last fall. We did not have any of the negative experiences we had previously and it was a great stay. FYI be cautious of man-o-war in this area, there were plenty washed up on the beach.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I created a reservation here, and then 15 minutes later called to cancel when I found a better option at a lower price. The guy confirmed the cancellation and told me that I would receive a full refund. A week later, I got a call telling me that I had missed my first night's stay! They hadn't cancelled the reservation, and refused to refund me for that first night. I spend hours on the phone trying to get this figured out, but they absolutely refused to bend. I understand that there are complexities when booking through a website, but then their staff member shouldn't have told me that it was taken care of. Carol, the manager, was intentionally unhelpful. I hope this review prevents at least one person from staying there, and that this costs them a lot more than the $275 that they're stiffing me on.

Stayed here this past weekend. The view was great and so was the room. The pool bartender Claudia was amazing, do not go to anyone else. The tall African American man who fixes the chairs in the morning is also wonderful, I did not get his name. Both of these workers went out of their way to make sure our days were as best as possible, I loved being around both of them so much. The service at the pool was fast, you were always asked what you needed and the place was very very clean. Also, hit the coffee station in the morning. Drinks are good and so are the workers. The only thing I would make note of when coming here is you will not be able to check in earlier or later than they say. My boyfriend had surgery a few weeks before and I asked if they could check us in earlier and they could not. I know our situation was out of the ordinary but it is something that people should know if they have a similar situation. They also tell me you can pay to extend your stay the day you leave, but the day of told me I could not. If you have any sort of personable accommodations you need from a hotel, I would not bank on this hotel.Overall, I would stay here again. You do not have to leave for meals or drinks and there is a story across the street that has little snacks and drinks if needed.
