We have been here twice - once last October 2021 and this past June 2022 on trips to Pompano. We went with another couple - our relatives - who vacation with us in Pompano. Both times we had delicious food. The only reason I give it four stars is because the menu isn't larger. My husband wants a larger menu, but as long as I find something I like, I'm fine. The atmosphere is fabulous as we have been lucky enough to sit outside overlooking the beach. It's magnificent. We had reservations both times. There is a large bar located on this outdoor porch area. The drinks were very good. I had the half-roasted chicken with cilantro sauce. The sauce was so delicious, I asked for more on the side and there was no problem with that. I had fries that were very good. Our relatives had fish tacos which they enjoyed. Last year, I think several of us had some beef rib dish which we loved. I would definitely go back here because it makes me feel wonderful. There is nothing like the beach and ocean to gaze at.
7/17/2022- Beautiful place right on the beach they also have two floors . The second floor had a private party. We sat in the bar facing the ocean can’t beat that we only had a drink each we did not eat at all place is really lovely it’s so worth it they do have valet parking and of course the meters are pay by phone.
Well all I can say is this was not at one of our favorite places we ate at while we were in Pompano Beach. The menu was very plain and simple it was not a lot of choices and for as fancy as it appears to be this was definitely not a fancy establishment but certainly had fancy prices. I didn’t think the food was all that great, edible, but that’s as far as it’ll go for me. I travel all over Florida all the time and I am a huge foodie and rarely leave poor reviews however I just felt the price and the quality food was definitely not worth as well as the crappy service we received it was barely acceptable and everything seemed to be a chore and had to keep asking for things just wasn’t my kind of place if you there on the beach casual and you’re looking for somewhere for quick bite possibly but don’t let the atmosphere and the look of the place for you it’s not what you think it is in my opinion.
The food is great but the service is even better. Adam and the team are so warm and welcoming. He even brought us a little sparkler in our key lime pie :)
This restaurant is delicious and upscale but also good for the kids. Ask for Ron and he will treat you right. Great shrimp and grits and key lime chicken. Don’t forget about the homemade key lime pie for dessert. Reservations are accepted online.
So we visited this place because it was close to pompano and some friends that it was a great place to eat. We actually been to the restaurant next door and thought the location was awesome. This place obviously being next door was awesome as well. The atmosphere was spectacular. The service was great and the food was good but not spectacular. Definitely did a few things different than normal. We had the Caesar salad with salmon and another Caesar salad dish and it was grilled or something and just tasted different. Not good. Not bad just different. Some of us had the fish tacos. Those were spectacular and the overall presentation of all the meals were great. Will definitely come back but get some different meals.
Great location in Pompano Beach with beautiful ocean views. Delicious and fresh food prepared by a chef who knows what he is doing. A bonus for me is the food well seasoned without the over use of salt. We were lucky enough to have Zack as our waiter who was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. We will definitely be going back.
This was our first visit here. Many times, restaurants are not the best on a holiday, but that was not the case at the Beach House. It was Father's Day and we arrived at 10:00 a.m. for brunch. Our waiter was pleasant, friendly and professional. The drinks were well-prepared and not overly strong. I had a cappuccino, which was wonderful -- especially considering I'm not a coffee drinker. We had the French toast, the beef eggs benedict and the fried chicken. My husband ordered a side of the cheese grits which were by far the BEST any of us had ever tasted. I would not hesitate to go there again.
They could have seated us right away, but we had to wait 45 minutes to get a table with the view. Our server Zack is a top notch! He is very knowledgeable and very professional waiter. The chicken and kale salad was quiet excellent! Amazing rice and beans with snapper. The bread pudding was the best I have ever had and it was a recommendation from Zack! Great service, food and atmosphere.
5 Stars for the view and the booth design in the second floor area. 2 Stars for our server. (All the other servers and hostesses and runners who interacted with us were spot on and super helpful.) But our guy just wasn’t into it and it showed and was the shadow on an otherwise great afternoon.The clams were very good. View excellent.
