Service was great and the food was delicious! We went here twice and both times had a great experience.
We ordered takeout and sat there for 1hour and 25 min came in and out and they kept saying 10 min all the way in till closing where they said oh no you ordered to late! Unbelievably bad service considering they had no hesitation demanding my Visa card prior to entering accepting our order. This restaurant was recommended by a colleague who said it was consistent sushi. I will certainly not come here again and also ensure my colleague does not mislead any other decent people.

WOW! This place is amazing and the very best fried rice I have ever experienced, absolutely fantastic. If you are ever in this area please give it a try. Friendly and quick service. Love the staff as they all made us feel welcome. Even liked howw they said, "Ok we'll see you tomorrow" when we told how much we enjoyed the food and service.
Very low quality tuna and other ingredients. Cucumbers in the tuna rolls are saggy. Salad was not fresh. Too much rice in the rolls. It’s not expensive, but they charge extras. For example, extra for chopping tuna in the tuna spicy roll. Eventually, the bill was same as in a high quality restaurant. We left most of the food and left paying the entire bill. The owners response was that most people don’t have a problem with his food. I guess it’s a matter of expectations. The restroom and the kitchen are dirty. And yes, I didn’t left a tip after the waitress told me that if i didn’t like something I should go inside and talk to the owner, who said that he didn’t care.
Small place with great taste located at Pompano Beach. Sashimi, sushi ? and other great menu items to suit your taste. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the tiny table and chairs they had on the outside, street curb seating area. It is still an enjoyable experience and will definitely go back again.
Felt the very strong need to write a review of this place after seeing all the Karen’s and their husbands write negative reviews. I’ve been coming here since they opened which was YEARS ago, and not once have I had a single problem. This place treats you like you’re their family. The service? IMPECCABLE. The food? DELICIOUS. The atmosphere? FANTASTIC. I don’t think you could use a single negative word in the English vocabulary or any other language to describe this place as ‘bad’. Because it just isn’t! It’s the kind of sushi place that every town and city in America needs. You won’t find a place like it and you won’t find a place with the kind of people that work in it anywhere in the world. I love it here and the day it closes ( which is probably NEVER cause of how frickin good it is ) I will pass over to the other side. If you’re a tourist in Pompano Beach or just your average local in this town and you’re lookin for some quality sushi or Japanese food, you’ve come to the right frickin place. I wish i could curse in this review but i don’t want it to get deleted but this place is so f’in good i think it would win first place in a county fair. So to all you plain people who have noting good to say about this place, it’s not your fault, y’all clearly just weren’t raised right and don’t know what proper good food is. Finally tried this place after hearing about it for a while - and we.love it! Food is really good, fresh and creative. But the staff make this place - everyone is friendly and efficient - after just one visit, they recognized us when we came in! It’s become our favorite sushi place!
