Wings are alway good but the grease needed to be changed. You can taste it in the chicken

Danielle is very rude and unprofessional, I placed a order for 10 piece combo, when I arrived home several wings was missing, I called her back and she was very rude and disrespectful, she terminated the phone call on me, I put the whole order in the trash, my kids was upset because they wanted wingstop, customers please check your order, people do not care for others well being anymore. Please go to another location this place has trashy customer service.

Ordered on the Wingstop.com website for delivery and never got my order. I called to explain to them and they basically told I had to now call their third party deliverer for myself to figure it out even though I do not have an account with that deliverer. They spoke to me poorly when I was just confused about why do I have to do the investigation when I made the order through the official website. They also made it clear to me that the third party deliverer’s number is on Safari and Google so I should do it myself. I never once yelled at them but the manager hung up on me when I called back to ask for a refund. They were so inconsiderate. How can I be ok with my $50 order just going down the drain and not ask questions? Never again. Those employees hate their jobs
If I can give negative score, I would! This Wingstop does not deserve even 1 star. Very poor customer service! NO respect to customer’s time. We placed our order early expecting that it will be ready on time for Superbowl. Superbowl is almost halftime now and our order is still not ready!!! You should not accept more orders if you cannot deliver! You ruined our Super bowl night plan. Wasting our time waiting for the food that we ordered hours ago. We have given you so much time to prepare. Very disappointed!
Service is the absolute worst! Unfortunately I keep coming back because it’s the closest one to my house but the people who work here hate their job and don’t care about their customers. Walked in tonight to pick up my order and not one word was said to me- just head shakes and head nods. HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES.
Unbelievable how poorly they planned for orders on Super Bowl Sunday. I have been waiting for one hour for my order and there are probably 100 other people waiting. Wow. And I already paid online because they required that.
