The experience at Vito’s is horrible. I live in Plantation and I have been going to Vito’s for ten years. The quality and service has gone down hill progressively until I can’t eat there. I believe ownership is not present to supervise the help. The counter girl is so rude. The cooks all look dirty and do not wear gloves. Just go to Papa Johns or a chain. Why spend premium money for Italian food made by people who don’t care?
I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with extra black olives, pizza was delivered with just black olives. Uber eats refunded me but I called these jerks and let them know of the mistake they made and all they said was for me to order another pizza. Will never order from here again and will not reccomend this place with such terrible customer service to anyone.
I don't visit Vito's just because it is couple of blocks away from my house, I visit this place because I love the pizza served. Mostly, I have been doing take-out, couple of slices and salad. The food served here has been good. Food quality more-or-less stayed the same. The food is decently priced and the service has some room for improvement.
I went to Vito’s with my good friend Jon Arbuckle and we ordered a cheese pizza,But Jon’s cat Garfield swallowed the pizza whole after I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, so I had to order another one. Other then that the pizza was pretty good 9/10. But not going to lie Little Caesars is better.
First of all the pizza box came with the crust sticking out. The way they loaded the pizza, the crust was in the way of the box flap and no one checked. See picture. Secondly the pizza was stone cold upon delivery. When I called and mentioned what happened they could not care less. The girl was rude and said it’s not their fault because Uber took a long time to find a driver and they made it a while ago and it was sitting there on the oven. So I spent $45 on cold pizza and a salad. Súper.
This is our second time coming to this location food was ok we got take out. Had to reheat pizza when we got home, last time we didn’t have this issue. Tried the garlic rolls as well honestly we have had better they were dry and really didn’t taste like garlic at all. Cannolis we’re very good and filling. Portion and prices are fair, but really just expect the pizza to be hot. Only thing I could think of is we ordered early afternoon last time. Good experience overall.

Friendly and professional staff. Pizza slices were HUGE. After eating two, had to pack it in. Will definitely go back.
