Yummy food with nice choices

Love this place. Great food and excellent service, especially Susie.

It will be more than you can eat. What an experience for you taste buds. Presentation blows you away even before you you try to eat it. ??

Great service and great food. They also cater to our police officers with $25 off their check I know this because I picked up the tables check. It was nice to do something for the people who protect us and even better to do it through an establishment that does the same

I don’t know if these people are drug testing their employees, but today I received a chicken Ceaser wrap, where only one half of the wrap had chicken. The other half was lettuce and dressing. This was possibly the worst wrap I ever tasted, well the half that had chicken. I wish I could give minus stars. All you business owners yelling “support your local business “ blah blah blah. You provide low quality food. You should be ashamed. NEVER AGAIN

I had a half sandwich (Turkey) with cup of matzo ball soup. They were terrific. For desert, I ordered three rugoleh and took two home. Great meal with excellent server. I hadn't been to a Too Jay's since the Pandemic, and the location closest to work has closed permanently. It was good to know this place is alive.

We have eaten here many times at the request of a relative. We have always found the food to be just okay, edible but not particularly enjoyable. But not this time. The pastrami was mostly fat, served on stale, dry bread, and if it is possible that REALLY fatty meat could be dry...this was. The potato knish, which we have ordered for years, used to be pretty good. No more. The damp pastry shell was very unpleasantly sweet...like a week old glazed doughnut, and the filling was dense and flavorless... absolutely no flavor of anything...not even a hint of the onion that usually flavors a knish. None of us could eat it, so we sent it back telling the server why. No offer to replace it with another item, and we were charged for it anyway. As for Covid-19 protocols...The restaurant makes it a point (in print, including here on Trip Advisor) to inform diners that staff members are required to wear masks indoors. None of the servers in the Plantation store were masked. NONE. We asked our server to put on a mask and he really seemed to resent it. But he eventually did put on a mask to cover his mouth, although he wore it below his (uncovered) nose. A winning combination of stupid and unpleasant. I wanted to inform a manager about this, but was told there were no managers on the premises. I can't comment on the many other restaurants in this chain, but the Plantation restaurant is off our list forever, and we won't be taking the risk of trying others. Do yourself a favor and dine elsewhere.

Went here for breakfast and it was disappointing! Ordered corn beef hash with over easy eggs and home fries. Everything was tasteless and bland. There was no seasonings on anything. The sausages and bacon were cold and old. The grits were undercooked, it was so thick I had to add so much butter to thin it out. The only thing I enjoyed was my eggs. Should have gone to IHOP.

Delicious deli, bakery, and restaurant! Will definitely be back soon to try the ruben sandwich and a few other things. Had the salmon and matzoh ball soup today!

Great food and waitress staff, horrible front counter staff. Change the front staff, who predominantly provide the first impression of the restaurant, and this will be a MUCH better experience. I witnessed a customer bring a soup back because she said it did not taste good. Woman at front counter went to the soup bowl, got a spoon to taste, and made a whole scene to indicate that she saw nothing wrong it, in front of everyone. How is that customer service? Just refund the soup for crying out loud. She was equally as rude to me when it was my very first time visiting the restaurant. I mentioned all of this to my waitress and she agreed and said that many people complain about this woman at the front. Then why is nothing being done????? It’s a shame because the food is decent. Might just be worth it to drive down to Miami to my favorite deli instead.
