Hot sauce bar is one of the main attractions. They did not have any cups for the hot sauce. I asked them to re-stock and they gave me ONE plastic cup. And the owner sat there and watched while he did the books. Poor service, bad management. And do the books somewhere else, not out front. Tacky.
Definitely my go-to place. The beef flatuas have always been my go to but recently they added shrimp tacos, fish tacos and and a fish bowl which were all so delicious ?. This place never fails me.
Friendly and fast service, even when they're busy. I come in for lunch, during lunch hours often and they're always busy, but like stated, they still maintain fast and friendly service. The food is always delicious. I've had an incorrect order before from them, but, I know people are human and mistakee happen. It's not the mistake I see, it's how they fixed it. They were very professional and fixed it quickly for me. They operate like a business should. 5 stars from me.
The fresh food speaks for itself so today I'm writing about the two young ladies working right now. Stephanie and Cassidy are 'workers' and their teamwork ? shows! A big group of men left and within seconds they had everything cleaned up, tables wiped down and were left a tip! I think thats great, plus their personalities make this location one of my favorites. Kudos to the chefs, always delicious. My favorite the crunchy, black bean taco with everything, so fresh and filling. Thank you Flats for existing.
We order from here at least once a week for the last 2 years. It was my go-to when pregnant and continued even faster delivery. I'm obsessed with the chicken tinga chimi, now known as the smoke Chipotle chicken. So. Freakin. Good. The hard tacos are also a favorite, my daughter could eat one every single day if I let her. We had one problem recently but it was quickly resolved when I contacted the manager, excellent customer service.
I came at around 7 in the afternoon. The sign on top was not lit. That section where the restaurant was a little dark mostly because of the surrounding business. I think they are the daytime businesses, and now they are closed for the dayThe staff was very pleasant. My order tas filled fast. I was happy with my food.I ordered the chips and dip. The cheese dip was good. It was nice and warm. The chips tasted good. I liked the crunch.The shrimp quesadilla were good. They had a nice size shrimp. The concept of shrimp, cheese, peppers, and onions all tasted great. It was enjoyable.The atom bomb is my new favorite thing. It's like a jalapeño poppers but with a tortilla. I really liked it. It tasted great. The side sauce was also great. I like the sweet, spicy one.This is a nice location. They support the troops here. They have a nice wall with pictures of people in the military.
Love the hot sauces! If you like spicy sauces, come here. Excellent food.
Ordered the Garlic lime shrimp bowl, crispy shrimp & corn tacos and the nachos with everything on it. Was amazing!
Outstanding burrito today. Served fast, hot and delicious. Used their brand of Sriracha sauce and was full of flavor!
First off, food was very delicious and fresh. Had many sauces to choose from, I ended up picking 4 and I liked them all. The two young ladies at the front gave excellent, and I mean EXCELLENT customer service. I asked for queso and I got that with no charge and had my order completely fulfilled. I ordered a bowl with tortillas on the side and it came with a drink, I spilt it and was given a refill free of charge. Food was delicious and the drink was as well. Overall 5 stars from me.
