First time here and it was amazing! My server Hady Q. was great always made sure we had everything we needed if everything tasted great and on point for refills. When we got our food it was mouth watering and gave you a really good portion size for everything. The steak egg Benedict was delicious ?. Will recommend to any and everyone!!! We paid 62 bucks for the skillet and added 2 meats, steak Benedict, home fries, strawberry banana French toast.
Stopped by the Pancake House this morning after some blood work. I was immediately greeted by Fern who showed me my seat and asked if I would like anything to drink. I had the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. Fern took my order and the wait for my breakfast was minimal. Tom, the manager stopped at my table to make sure everything was fine.This was such a pleasant experience! If you have not stopped at this restaurant, please give it a try. The service was stellar and the food was delicious. I’m going back the next time I want a great meal.
The food is fine, but the service my family received from Dejur today was above and beyond and deserves the 5 stars. He turned a reasonable meal into an excellent experience with his kindness, care, and humor. For example, my niece lightly bumped her head on the back of the seat and he showed up in the next moment with a bag of ice, just in case. If I owned a restaurant, he’d be the first hire!
No comments only Jesus can fix it. The server was courteous but the food i had was straight trash.In response to the owner I came with excellent intentions its actually ashame how it tasted bland, unseasoned, and definitely not fresh and dry. It was 4 meals ordered and we all felt the same way. If i should label the worst breakfast i had in history it would be here. If I should rate you for customer service it would be 5 stars the employees were extremely polite and helpful and patient. The employees out front were the very best. The problem is in the kitchen. I will be there next Wednesday to retry since I hate leaving low reviews.
We are obsessed with the chicken and waffles! I’m never disappointed when we go. Friendly service, food comes out fast, hot, and delicious. I bring all my out of town friends here.
We were immediately greeted by friendly staff when we walked in the door. Olga was our server and she was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious breakfast served with excellent customer service!

The staff just chats, gossips and complains unless you are a regular you are not even given eye contact until they finish their gab session. We waited by door 4 min before we were even acknowledged and asked how many ? (when it was obvious we were the only 2 people waiting. )Food was average no better then IHOP or Denny's. Overpriced especially the specials and new items plan $20-25 for breakfast or lunch you'd pay $10-15 elsewhere. Ridiculous prices for bad service and average food. Even the coffee was bad!They close at 3:00 we came in at 2:00. We won't return even though they did have lower priced senior specials under $7 incl coffee. I'm going to try the Waffle House next time. I do not recommend this place.
Service is ridiculously slow, food is average. Got charged 18% tip twice (included in bill) waitress with portable credit card machine did not advise us it was included. She already had another 18% selected when she handed me the credit card machine. Absolutely the last time I come here
The food here is absolutely disgusting. We left everything. The service is ok but the food is absolutely gross. Pancakes are like plastic, potatoes tasted off and like freezer burn, waffles tastes like dust, steak and eggs…don’t think that meat is steak. Never again!
