This place used to be awesome. During the pandemic, they raised the prices. $50 for a board with two meats and two cheeses. It’s kind of insulting. But I’m not here to complain about the prices. I actually came here to complain about the staff. They are absolutely miserable, never smile, stare blankly when I ask simple questions, and are just generally unfriendly and unhelpful. It’s like they are mad about having to work. I’m sure other people would be happy to do this job. I don’t get it. They make more per hour than I did when I had these kinda of jobs. Back then we were lucky to make $8 an hour to do more work.None of the staff has a basic grasp on English either. Diversity is fine, but being able to communicate with English speaking customers seems like a basic qualification.Maybe the owner of this cheese course has too much business and doesn’t need to retain customers. I’m not sure, but I am sure I won’t be back until they can get back to a basic standard of service.
Ordered 2 cheeses via Uber Eats as I have done several times in the past. Only received one - and it was tiny. I called the restaurant and man was rude. Said I had to deal with Uber Eats. Uber Eats only refunded $5. Anyone who has been to The Cheese Course knows $5 is not adequate for the difference. So $41 for one cheese. Never again.
I used to love this place a few years back. I went back with a friend to try their brie cheese and sandwiches but its just not the same and prices have increased terribly. We got the roasted brie, one of their sandwiches and a salad.
I ordered a regular size salad with salmon (which was an extra $7) and got a side salad that looks like fast food with a slice of lox on it. When I called to ask, the manager was completely rude.
I had quit ordering from Cheese Course because the order never arrived correct. Six months go by I decide to give it another try. Again items are missing from order. Incompetent employees. Look at the order before it leaves the building.
Stop! Don’t waste your money here. Horrible establishment. They increased their prices by 50%. Go to Panera Bread instead. At least they have coupons. Or rather, make a sandwich at home.
This place is not clean! Dust on surfaces, with insect droppings, too. Lots of fake flowers also covered in dust as well as light fixtures. I wonder about the condition of the kitchen as everyone is just standing around back there.$40 for 2 beers and 2 soup/sandwich combos. My Serrano ham sandwich (2” at widest x 6”) had one slice of ham. One slice in an $11 sandwich.Person taking the order didn’t hear our second beer order so we had to get that addressed. Staff is just standing around. The concept is good, but the service and unclean environment make this a one and done spot. Don’t waste your time or money. No one cares, here.
We enjoy this place very much. This was our third time going and it was perfect. Got the cheese board and the hummus platter and it was delicious. Their glass of wine is a glass of wine let me tell you. If only I knew what kind of olives these were unfortunately the staff didn't know as well
Very disappointed. Picked up take out , ordered a large Greek with tuna got all the way back to my work and they forgot to put in the tuna. They were very rude and also gave me the smallest container of tuna for a large salad. Very pricey for such a small portion. I will not be going back there.
Definitely not the experience I had in the weston location. From the moment I walked in it was like ordering at Pantera Bread, staff was not greeting anyone nor seating anyone. Orders were started at there own discretion not when they were placed. It wasn't packed at all and I still had to wait quite a while for my food. Food quality was still great so that was definitely a plus. My coffee was a cappuccino it was definitely good but not work $5 in the small cut the was not even filled halfway. I would definitely say they need better management at this location.
