The food quality is declining at this particular location. For our latest visit, they burned my husband's southern chicken sandwich and packaged it like it was fine. It was a to-go order, so we didn't see it until we got home. Our past few visits have been mediocre (food wise).

I tried placing a carry out order on the phone just now 11:10pm. Thee lady was very rude and unprofessional. I had to hung up the phone because it was obvious that she didn’t want to serve us. It is sadden that businesses do not want to serve customers. It doesn’t matter that it is July 4th. This is the kind of job you choose to do. You will be losing customers because of employees like this.

Lashaunda is a great server she nice and very kind and I will love to come back anytime because you guys have great service

WORST RESTAURANT EVER!! First I came here and ordered the whisky glazed sliders and tenders and was only brought my tenders never my sliders, and when I asked for them they still were never brought out. I also the chicken alfredo and found a hair in my food. I asked to speak to a manager and their manager Chris came out and spoke to me in the most rudest tone. I simply asked for a refund on the pasta because I would not eat it and he refused to give me a refund because I “ate I bite already”. This is the worst TGI I have ever been to. Never come to the TGI in Plantation! The manager himself is not even fit enough to run this restaurant.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would do so. Myself and my family went inside with hardly anybody inside the establishment. We honestly thought our dining experience was going to be quick. It took the waiter almost 25 mins to bring our drinks. They brought our cold appetizers out first before our drinks. We barley saw our waiter most of the time. Even when we try to explain the dinning experience was horrible, no one seemed to care, and received a nasty attitude from our waiter. Never ever, myself and my family will return to this restaurant again.

wow what a visit. Today being Mothers day we decided to go for lunch and beat the rush. I ordered potato skins as my appetizers it came with a puddle of oil sitting in the middle of them. ok understandable as there deep fried. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad as my entree my chicken was cold as if they just took it out the refrigerator and put it on top of my salad the waitress takes it back it comes back 25 minutes later and it's missing chicken then originally had ?‍♀️?‍♀️. I will not be going back any time soon . I spent $30 and left hungry

Hostess wasn't helpful or friendly and wasn't dressed as if she worked there, caused me to contemplate walking out. Bar TV colors are all messed up. Gave me plastic utensils which seemed pretty dumb for a sit-down restaurant, I almost wanted to ask for a paper plate to keep the theme going. I'm guessing someone didn't feel like rolling silverware. Booth was super sticky. Whiskey glazed burger had no whiskey glazed sauce. On a positive note my server was a very nice gentleman and was dressed better than anyone else in the building. I didn't catch his name but I think he had longer hair/braids, they should consider making him the GM. My burger was cooked perfectly. Food seems to be on point, but I can't say I would ever go back.

We had a good server and good drinks. My friend was good company too. Happy hour

It's a double wow! I drove to my Sawgrass location and found that it's permanently closed ? so I called for an order to go at this location. This is where my second wow comes in....the phone was picked up on the second rings, the guy that took my order, was friendly, efficient and actually had a great sense of humor. They said it would be 25 minutes, got there in 15, and my order was ready! The cashier that checked me out was very nice, friendly and I was out the door in minutes! My food order was delicious, the portion was huge, the chicken was fresh & perfectly grilled. The container was sturdy and I had everything I needed in the bag ? ? ?

Not too busy for a Friday night. We got served quick. Our server was great. The food was just ok. Honestly the menu has changed...no more Jack sauces. The spinach and artichoke dip we love was different and not as good. Her sizzling chicken was ok but it looked like there was 2 slices of Kraft yellow sandwich style cheese melted into the white cheese. Kinda funny and sad. My Salmon was tasty but the edges got burnt. And the fillet was small. Definitely not the way I remembered TGIFs being.
