Tacocraft has become my go to Taco Tuesday spot. I randomly decided to try it for lunch one day while running errands in the area. This is when I discovered they had a Taco Tuesday special, $4 tacos and $6 classic margaritas. I've since dined there 3 times. The service has been consistent and the food is delicious!! One of my favorite tacos is the Korean pork belly. For a sweet treat, try the tres leches bread pudding. On Tuesday evenings, they draw a crowd therefore, expect to wait on a table or try your luck at the bar. The bartenders are all nice and attentive. I love the decor, it gives boho chic vibes. I do think they need better hot sauce options and the parking isn't the greatest however, that maybe partly due to Plantation Walk still being under construction. I will definitely be back!
Our server Christian was great. The food was awesome. We tried the wild shrimp ceviche as an appetizer it was excellent. The mixed fajitas were outstanding. Also tried the three taco platter good portion and the tacos were the perfect size. The drinks were also good but not enough alcohol.
5 stars on the taste of the food! If you come here on Tuesday’s they have a taco Tuesday deal. However, the menu says $6 or$7 for different kinds of tacos. Keep in mind that’s for one taco. I would recommend ordering the taco platter which comes of 3 tacos of your choice and rice and beans for $19. I would also recommend the crispy shrimp taco & the carne taco. This was delicious. Also, ordered the tropical guacamole which was delicious although they didn’t give much guac for $14. The food all around though was delicious and I would definitely come back here!
I am a local to Plantation and have been curious to try this place out since they opened. Now, I’ve been to many authentic taco shops in south Florida. When the server approached us, she stated that the restaurant is a semi-authentic experience, so we were prepared. The service was top notch and recommendations were fantastic.The food came out before I could take a breath to start my conversation. It was great (Rice and beans were lackluster) but the portions were pretty small for the price.All in all, it’s a great place to go with friends on taco Tuesday. Great vibes and beautiful restaurant for sure.

Location looks great. Staff was friendly.Menu had great verity of items both food and drink options.We order different tacos so we could have a taste test between myself and my husband. Presentation was really nice. Tacos were good. But not one had anything that we would brag about.But one of the platters brought rice and refried beans - man I was really disappointed with these side items. Rice looked and tasted like it was scraped from the bottom of pan. Beans had great consistency but were so bland no flavor.I ordered a watermelon margarita,, I didn't even finish it ,it wasn't sweet. And it had a smokey flavor and or aftertaste ,which could be the tequila they used so it was a let down.On the fence about going back.
Loved this spot. The decor is nice. The food was very well seasoned. Must try the Vegan taco it was so good.... The crispy shrimp taco was also a winner. If you like margaritas the watermelon margarita was really good. I will definitely visit again.
New Spot in my neighborhood and I will definitely go back!!! Julissa was my server and was great!! she answered all my questions… gave great suggestions, which was important to me as a first timer at this establishment. She suggested a prickly pear to drink (wanted sweet but not overly) and it was perfect. I actually had 2!! The oxtail empanadas are great meat tender, fresh and hot and I loved the topping on the side. I also had 3 tacos with rice and beans. Nice presentation and tacos were good but I will say I chose option I’d never had Korean, crispy chicken & I can’t recall 3rd… I’d try different ones next time but familiar ingredients. NO to the rice & beans (not tasty at all in my opinion) which is why I knocked a star off, I went early when they first opened and though it was a nice crowd I felt the rice & beans were from yesterday!!! Last but not least the CHURRO ICE CREAM SANDWICH was DELICIOUS!!! I didn’t use nor need the sauce that came with it & it stayed Crisp & tasty down to the last bite even with the ice cream melting!!! Definitely will go back!!! Great customer service & good food!!!
