I get there at 8:40pm, according to their hours they close at 9pm. I saw a woman inside, the door was locked she ducked behind the counter and she did not come to open it. This is the worst Subway, this is the third time I've had an issue. Never going back.
I put in a pickup order. When I showed up the store looked closed down, and the man working informed me that they don’t have any bread. They also had no cookies, and the store was a mess and looked abandoned. He told me that I had to contact Subway directly for a refund, then I was told that only the store can issue a refund. Now the owner tells me that store policy does not allow refunds but I can come back for my order. Horrible customer service, and refusal of refund. I don’t see this location making it much longer.
Employees aren’t wearing the masks while preparing food. With this new COVID variant they should still be wearing masks full time.
the prices really went up, for a 6 inches in a combo I paid $ 11.76 and when I go to serve me soda. no ice. please!
I went to this Subway at 7 pm and they did not have any subway bread. How can a sub store stay open with no bread?
Good new choices! Afternoon server was good, daytime servers, none wore masks and store was too crowded. Pandemic still an issue but store policy not set.
Slow. Food isn't as good as it used to be. Only one employee working during busy times of day.
I don’t like to complain at all and I gave this location a few chances. I asked to speak to a manager and no one was available to talk to me. Every time I order from this location on the mobile app, my meals are never ready. I even come 15 min after the promised time and the meal isn’t even started. I think it’s because they only have 1 person working and I feel bad for them. They are always stressed out! I don’t blame the employees at all. Management should help their employees more and set them up for success. I truly hope this review helps
