20 minutes in the drive thru to then get cold coffees and the wrong sandwich within my order. Horrible service
Manager gave me a full refund with no problem.I placed my order and my drink never was made. I asked about my order and was never given a response on why it wasn't fulfilled. Not so good customer service.
My second go to Starbucks! They are fast in the drive through and makes the drinks soooo good! I might make it my number 1 If they keep making my drinks so delicious ? I recommend coming here when you are in a rush and need quick drinks or food!
Been fighting with the robots who handle support trying to get a refund for the nasty drink I received on Sunday while the b-team was on the floor. Seems like the company can't afford that despite paying for their employees to get abortions and gender-affirming surgery. Clown show store run by a clown show business.
The drive-thru line was long but quick! I figured it would take 20 minutes but took less than 10. Great customer service also.
I ordered my usual, venti caramel [or caramel crunch] frappé, but since I was visiting the Plantation area, I decided to check out this Starbucks for a bit. The one who took my order and made my frappé was the new guy there; if I am correct, his name is Jake...not from State Farm, but this frappé was better than State Farm. Just as sweet as I like it, and quick as well. Great job, Jake, and keep up the great work.
You should stop serving drinks in this cover. The little plastic thing could easily fall into the cup and someone might accidentally swallow it.
Slow service and always out of almond milk. Apparently, the drive thru is closed and it is 5PM in the evening. They seem to be out of regular milk as well, which might not even be approved to purchase store bought milk.
Yesterday I tried the Iced Chocolate Almondmilk Shaken Espresso and I have to say, I'm not impressed. I like chocolate, I really enjoy Almondmilk (I'm lactose intolerant) and I needed the espresso to wake up my afternoon, but it tasted like it missed something. It was probably missing just a tad of sugar. But I had ordered the drink, paid for it, and when it was ready, I left and tried the drink in my car on the way home. I'm just not happy with it. Next time, I'll try the Brown Sugar espresso drink and see if it's better.
Chia latte has been unavailable for 3 weeks on the app in store …. They finally got it in but it’s not updating on the system. So you must go inside or drive thru and wait
