I always go to this one. It is the closest toMy home. Today I asked for impossible burger and a few other items the lady at the cashier she was like what what burger Whataburger I mean I go to so many different Starbucks I see the same thing and you know what to get and I repeated myself like four times I’m not really sure what it seems like very weird I don’t appreciate it how many impossible thing items that you have on the menu I mean hello anyway please train your employees better thanks
This place just can’t get it together. I’ve been going to this location every Wednesday for almost 2 years and their opening time varies and their staff and mobile order is not consistent! Their opening time varies and I rarely come here and see the same staff more than 2 times! The coffee and food in inconsistent from burnt croissants to not completely cooked. The inconsistency of the staff leads to inconsistent coffee -some know how to make it while others don’t. They usually have an insane amount of boxes of products by the door, however as a result they have a great selection of cups.
Last few visits find a sloppy look...service very slow...Definitely a significant decline over the past few months.

Most horrible service we’ve very experienced at a Starbucks restaurant. Fully staffed location, yet half of them were just chatting instead of working. Unfortunate customers were left waiting for orders for 30 minutes or more. Felt like everyone was miserably waiting like at a doctor’s office.
Place was clean but busy morning rush. Staff was Friendly and knowledgeable on everything in the store. Coffee was excellent and food was great for breakfast.
