I've never had a problem with this starbucks before, I come here a lot since I work at the mall next to it and order the same two things. Ive ordered the same thing with one of the drive thru cashiers, the first time she misheard me and the drink came out wrong so I just told her what it actually was. No big deal. The second time I order the same thing..and it's made wrong again. Im not sure if it's cause they can't hear me well through the drive thru but I wasn't making it a big deal...except to hear the employee start talking bad about me while her manager helped me out. I also work in customer service so I understand but she could have at least waited for me to pull away before talking about me..

It may just be me, but they never get my drink right!! And not the same drink every time. It's a shame because it's a big nice newer store with outdoor seating.

Had a bad experience with a Barista working the drive thru line one day and after speaking with corporate and Rodrigo, a manager at this location, he really made sure to listen and understand the situation & wanted to make it right. Thanks for being so understanding and accommodating Rodrigo!

Ordered my drinks waited not to long however they made all the drinks wrong, first the girl told me there was coffee in the Carmel Frap AFTER i asked for decaf in the drink it was pure white then I asked her and she rolled her eyes and ignore me.... I am a paying customer!!!! I asked the managers name nobody would tell me until I said it 15 times and no manager was in the store everyone on shift was very rude except one guy who remade the drink otherwise they really need to get more friendly workers will never go there again.. Clearly you need to retrain you staff

They paid more attention to the drive-through cars and not the people inside I couldn't find any sugar had to go back and ask the guy that took my order they kept the sugar behind the case

Staff needs a lot of training and learn about customer satisfaction. This Starbucks has considerably declined and lost quality since this year. Hope it gets better because not even asking for a refund compensates the poor experience they offer.

As usual wins, good service, great staff, but I still insist Starbucks coffee is not the best actually it is below average

Definitely made my night, literally arrived less than 5 minutes til closing and received great service. Was able to order my favorite drink and bakery item. Would definitely recommend.

They were very friendly but it took a very long time to get my coffee and sandwich

This is my go-to coffee location! I like to go inside where they are on top of my order. If I'm quick and in a hurry, this place is where you need to go! It can be crazy busy but the staff is super fast!
