I went to the location #0587 and ordered a strawberry extreme smoothie. The smoothie tasted like spoiled strawberries and water. Jeremy made my smoothie, so I told him it didn’t taste right and I wanted to change it. He started over talking me and yelling. Saying he refuse to change it because I didn’t even know what I wanted. He was so rude!! He said he will give me a refund, but not the tip. I told him to please refund the tip because he was rude and disrespectful. He said, “no, I will not refund the tip salty ass”. When I ask for the manager he said, he’s the manager. I can’t believe a manager would behave that way. He needs some type of training in customer service!!!
Good morning, I am a loyal customer and I came to This locations 815 N Nob Hill RdPlantation, FL 33324United States at 9:50am-10am. I walked in nobody greeted me or said anything. Nobody was in the front at the register. I waited patiently and nobody came to the front. I heard people talking in the back so I knocked on the door nicely. The rep came out very rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even apologize but told me I needed to be patient and wait for him to come out the back. The young black male was was so disrespectful. Only because I knocked on the door. I never experience this type of behavior especially at this location. I’ll never come back to this place again.. Customer service is everything to me and this was unacceptable. He told me his degree pay more then my baby father. This was so ghetto to hear. FYI I am a black female writing this. I don’t tolerate disrespectful from anyone. Especially at a place of business.The ghetto. Don’t buy
I’ve been going here for years and both Caleb and Yolanda have always been welcoming. I have never had a bad experience at this location.
Today is Memorial Day and I had to work as many of us, I decided to go get me a smoothly for me and my son and I came a few minutes before closing time and there were two young kids closing, one young men and a young girl. The young girl helped me and as soon as she spoke I notice an attitude, I work in customer service and she was very rude, all she was worry about is closing and going home, which I totally understand that because I probably would feel the same way but I would never give a customer attitude ever, I would never made a customer feel bad because of my personal reason or me being tired and wanted to go home. I started my order by saying, I want two smoothies, one strawberry and banana and one passion passport two 20 oz I said, she never confirmed the order she charged me and when she said $18 I thought it was a little too high but I thought that the store provably had raised the prices so when I came to the counter she actually had 2 smoothies and working on the third one and I rectified and said I only ordered two, And from that moment on she was mad smacking on things, arguing with me that I said to her 3 smoothies she refused to refund me because she Cleary said that she wanted to go home and she didn’t know how to issue a refund. I said to her because your attitude, now I do really want a refund for a smoothly I didn’t order. She went back to the office cursing and really mad, she came back out and gave her co-worker the money for him to give it to me that’s how mad she got that she didn’t want to talk to me. That is not good customer service and please ask her to be more careful because thanks to the customers that come to the store there is a job opportunity for her and she should be thankful for it, specially nowadays. I wanted to tell her myself that but her attitude was that bad that I couldn’t.
I understand FL as a whole isn’t famous for best customer service skills, but thank you Smoothie King for pushing me to just make my own smoothies at home, saving money, versus dealing with the awful attitude of your employees. As if paying $12 for a smoothie isn’t enough, every time now you have to deal with an attitude at this place. You walk in, saying good morning or afternoon and they just stare at you at the register. Don’t say a word. And if the customer greets you can you at least pretend to care that a customer is at a register? Can you even say what can I get for you today? This will be the last time I go to this place, or any SK for that matter.
I started frequenting this location after my gym opened and there was always the same unfriendly girl working there that seemed bothered to make my smoothie and had no sense of urgency so I started ordering online to avoid much contact with her. Yesterday I re-ordered one of my last mobile orders and noticed one was a different color when I went to pick it up so told her I didn’t want cocoa and she said it’s not cocoa it’s dates. I asked when they added dates and she said awhile ago and I said well I ordered it 5 days ago and it wasn’t in there. She was rude, walked away and offered no resolution so I left disappointed as was my son that didn’t like the kids smoothie with dates. Today I ordered again and did not see Dates on the menu or as a choice to remove in the mobile app so I ordered it as I always did but unfortunately at pick up it had dates. I even showed her the screen shots. She refused to re-make it and kept saying she was calling her manager and after 30 minutes of waiting I finally left after she was incredibly rude & disrespectful with her tone and words. I will NEVER go back to this store especially since she said I don’t care if you report me I won’t get fired.
I was well received and attended by the server, the lady who appeared to be the manager however was too blunt and untrained to deal with allergens. I asked for an allergy menu and she said “go online”
What a horrible experience. I frequent at this location, but today there was a new guy working there with the absolute worst attitude. While I was trying to pay I must have accidentally cancelled the transaction because I was trying to add a tip. I told him and he was immediately bothered. He literally said “well that’s not my fault.” I responded that I was trying to give him a tip but forget it now. His response was that “he did not need my tip.” Then he began insulting me in front of other customers about the shoes I was wearing!?? I just chose to leave. The absolute worse experience. I hope the owner watches the recording. This is 100% factual.
We arrived at 7:55pm and the lady told us that the store was already closed when they supposed to close at 8pm. She rejected 3 clients and myself. Also she was super disrespectful and rude she also said “I don’t care if you arrived early I need to close”.
My baby loves it here. They are quick, clean and friendly.
