Wow. I have to start the review with wow because that’s what this place is. Located in Plantation I thought this was going to be a typical chain pizza restaurant but it is far from. Food and flavor was amazing. Please come here and try to food because you will not be disappointed. The chicken sandwich is magical although I can’t recall the name. Ill update in the future. I am hoping the service does not decline because right now this is a place to visit. Pizza, drinks, salads, wings all amazing. Nice cocktails. It is on the pricier side but the food is well worth it!

Had a dinner here on a Friday night. Had to wait a bit for an outside table. Service was ok. We had a mozzarella pizza and a rice ball. Wow, that rice ball is excellent. Definitely recommend these!

My GPS had trouble finding this, but it was worth the effort. It's located in the Fountains Plaza, along with many other restaurants. The Boss, with fresh mozzarella fresh basil, and thin crisp crust will delight anyone who really knows their pizza. If you want to converse sit outside. Inside there is blaring music, 5 televisions and people shouting above the din. But the pizza almost makes you forget that. Service is a bit leisurely as seems to be the case all over southern FL.

I just ordered the build your own Wooden Fire Pizza with grilled chicken, basil and tomato. The pizza was very dry, the tomatoes looked like a Ragú sauce from the supermarket and at least half of the crust of the pizza was burned at the edges making the chicken tasted like burned wood.I’m giving it 2 stars because the crust was very thin which was how I’ve ordered it.

I would like to talk a little about the Sicilian oven food. One thing I can say is one of the best foods I have ever had.Not because I worked there, more because I was able to try the entire menu.I can say detailed dish by dish. But my favorites have always been Lasagna, Sicilian Salad and Boss Pizza. So I will always recommend for my friends and family. One thing I can say about the Plantation location always had the mostly Passionate Managers (Arjan, Ross and Chris) and Staff.

From the legendary Disalvo family, Sicilian Oven is similar to Anthony's Coal Fired but superior in many ways. From the Sicilian Salad to the wings, and ofcourse the amazing pizza, you cannot go wrong with anything on their menu.

I have always loved coal fired pizza and wings. So far I have always done take out. But this time, I stopped by for dine-in. As usual loved the coal fired pizza with hot long pepper with sicilian salad and Tuscan fries. Definitely would dine-in or take out.

My family and friends used to love this restaurant. The drinks, food, and service was consistently great, and the atmosphere was fun. We came here often for years. However, a few months ago I started hearing my friends complaining about the service, and the bar being out of certain items. Unfortunately our last visit on Sunday 2/20/22 around 8pm was also very disappointing. To start, the bar did not have olives/brine, which we found out only after our waitress brought over the dirty martinis, which they made with some sweet vermouth instead the olive brine. I understand if a restaurant runs out of things, but I do not understand why it's not communicated with the guests, and given the option for a substitute beforehand. The waitress just left the drinks on the table after saying sorry, we don't have olives. I asked for another drink, and my sister took mine, because we don't like sending drinks/food back. She also placed all the drinks on the table by holding the glasses on top, which is not too sanitary, she should know better. The Bloody Mary my friend ordered was really bad, so that we had to send back. When I told the waitress about it, she made a face, and rolled her eyes.It was the eight of us, and we ordered a few appetizers, so the table had a lot of dirty dishes, but she did not come over to clean it. Another waitress saw the mess, and she cleaned up even without us asking her. We remembered her from our prior visits, and wished she served us that day as well. We ordered 2 pizzas to share, one of them was our favorite, The Corleone. That was brought out first, but it didn't look or taste like it used to, so we thought it was the other pizza we ordered. Unfortunately it wasn't, it was The Corleone, but it was made completely differently than before. Major difference, no truffle oil on it. Truffle oil has a strong, distinct scent, so you can tell easily if it was used in a dish or not. We told the waitress that probably the kitchen made a mistake, because this was not the pizza we ordered. She called the manager, who argued with us, and insisted that it was The Corleone, and he smelled the truffle oil on it. At the end we just asked them to please put a little more on it, so at least it resembles the one we used to order. Unfortunately all these issues, the bad and unprofessional service and the arguments just killed the mood, and what was supposed to be a nice, relaxing evening, ended up to be an experience that just left a bad taste in your mouth.Sorry about this lengthy review, but I think it's important for upper management/owners to get a feedback from guests, so they can make some improvements if they see it fit.I don't know what happened at this particular location (this is the only one I've ever visited), but there is a definite change in the quality of food, drinks and the service. It is a shame, because as I mentioned before, we loved this restaurant.

Came in right before closing. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Chad (the manager) and Carolina were super nice.Ordered just a plain cheese pizza and it surprised me how well it tasted. Can’t go wrong with the wood-fired ovens.Had an adult beverage and Carolina (my server) made it just right.Five stars all around for late night eats on a Monday.

Good crust, generous toppings but the sauce was just too sweet and not enough flavor. The Sicilian salad was a nice treat, with so many good items it it- onions, tomatoes, three kinds of Olives, two kinds of lettuce, candied walnuts and garbanzo beans in a nice tasty dressing, but again, a bit on the sweet side. The fried calamari had a nice crunch to it paired with a tasty marinara with Jalapeno slices thrown in for good measure.
