I hadn’t been to this particular red lobster in a few years. I had a gift card and decided to get the crab and lobster pizza. Which is always good. Every bite tasted fresh. I had gotten my order to go, the way it wasn’t long l. The biscuits tasted like they used to, delicious.Blend of Maine, langostino and Norway lobster, mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and sweet basil.
Good customer service, magnificent cocktails, okay meal a bit too much salt for us.
We came out to celebrate Brandons 20th birthday. The wait time to be seated was about 30 mins. We were seated in the bar area. The experience was only okay because it took a long time to get our food due to our server was also the bartender.I just dont think they had enough staff to handle the people. Finally our food arrived to have my eldest sons food be missing. Evidently they were out of rice for the bowl. But shouldn't the server of noticed that a while ago.The kids kept busy as they were cracking jokes on each other and on me. The staff did come and sing happy birthday to Brandon and my granddaughter loved that she got to chime in. Thank you for the experience.3.5 stars
We were there for almost 2 hours it took about 45 minutes for the food to come out and they were missing several items on my to go my bill was $113 Plus April 13th 2022 10:37 p.m.
Got there on a weekday and it was a bit of a wait about 25mins or so but once we got seated I noticed it really wasn't crowded at all.This location seemed to be understaffed, the waitress we had was training someone but I noticed there wasn't any batbacks helping at all...dirty dishes and cups were stacked up on the bar and tables... Servers were trying to do both.... honestly I was a bit shocked to see this place in this condition.Because of the manning issues it took a while just to get water and bread at our table and the food took about another 20+ minutes to get to us.The food quality was fine and the server was very nice and polite but was being stretched to where she couldn't be as attentive as I would like (waiting a bit for another glass of water)
This was, by far, the worst dining experience I can recall in my 64 years. I, my wife, and 2 boys got there around 6:45. The place was empty...That should have been my first clue as what was to come. There were maybe 4 groups in the restaurant. It starts out alright, kinda. Our table was not set. No silverware, coasters, plates for the appetizers. I figured, "We'll get them". Our waitress (Don't recall her name:She was the only waitress we saw) took our drink order. Comes back with the drinks...No coasters. Takes our order. This is where we made our mistake...We ordered our appetizers and main course together. We assumed the waitress knew how staging worked. We got our soups and SOME of our appetizers(No spoons for the soups). I requested small plates, a couple of times, for the appetizers, only to be stared at while they scurried away. Of course, we still did not have our silverware. When we asked the waitress, she threw packets of plastic spoons and forks on the table. Another helper did bring us proper utensils(but no proper spoons). Shortly after we got our appetizers...We got our main course, pretty much at the same time. Any requests for more bread, or, where is the rest of our appetizers went unanswered. The waitress was surly in manner and unapologetic. All the parties that were there were also complaining to the manager and we followed suit. The food was mediocre at best. I can't excuse her because she was overwhelmed. I did not see any other waitresses, yet, there were servers helping her. Again, there were only 3 groups. The manager, to his credit, did comp us drinks and appetizers. Yet, we still felt slighted. When we left, there were a couple of groups in the waiting area and a couple outside. I don't know what they were waiting for because the restaurant was empty. I'm going to learn how to make their biscuits, "cause they were the only thing that was good, and never go there again.
Today I had the best experience. I sat at the bar with Liz. She was so attentive and efficient. She made us feel welcomed and like family. Sasha stop by held conversation, made me feel great to know they are as great as they are. I will be returning.
Usually have a good experience at this location, but tonight was not their night. Restaurant was dirty, service slow and the food tasted either reheated or rushed. Hope they can straighten their act up or maybe go to another location.
