As so many families work so hard everyday being able to get a good dinner is important! At this location I can count on fresh food and world ? class service. Today was the first time I actually had to wait 30 - 45 minutes for an online order, that was to be ready in 15mins. per their response.There was only one person working on the online orders. Mind you, I only purchased a small tropi-chop.The lady ahead of me had already been there 45 mins, and customers inside and out were leaving quicker with thir orders. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then Cuban sandwich left a little to be desired. I'd recommend their regular fare.
Tired to order the Churrsco Steak online and everything looked fine. When I got to the pickup location 300 N St Rd 7 Plantation, FL there was no order and I was told they were out of steak and I could not get a refund. I would have to accept chicken as a substitute and I would get an extra piece of chicken for my trouble. Pollo Tropical online order site is clearly broken and needs to be repaired. Pollo Tropical costumer service is sorely lacking a great deal. I can not recommend this restaurant to anyone as long as this unacceptable treatment of costumers continues.

I adore Pollo Tropical, and their food is delicious, but they have a few problems. The chicken isn't always cooked properly, and the skin is sometimes a little too watery, and the rice is a little too little. Everything else is amazing, but I just wish they could address these issues.
Worst place horrible service 1 hour and 15 minutes to get the food. Then I asked for cilantro sauce and the lady said "we have non" when I just saw they gave someone else the sauce. When confronted she walked 2 seconds and found some. After I got my food I waited 15 minutes to get my drinks. Worst pollo tropical ever. $130 and change .... worst purchase ever. I had to reheat the food and got the wrong rice ?????????worst place ever
The girl at the the front with the puff was so rude. The 2 tropichops took 30 mins to make and they were cursing at each other the whole time. Never returning.
One by my house sucks. There slow and frequently mess up. I love polo but original cuban should have ham. Broward and 441 is the worst one in south florida. Out of sauce to.
