Called about my pizza and how it was delivered with all of the toppings falling off. They basically proceeded to blame me for ordering extra sauce and extra cheese and that they were backed up on deliveries so it would be awhile. Awesome job! Never ordering from this store again.
We haven't ordered from PJ for quite a few years..I was 15 minutes away from starting to cook dinner. We saw the commercial for the stuffed crust pizza. We decided to order it, along with wings and bread. The woman who answered the phone was pretty rude, she made it seem like we were bothering her. Either way, she repeated our order back to us, everything was correct. By the time we picked it up, we got home, NO STUFFED CRUST!. REGULAR PIZZA. the WINGS were horrible! Never again!
If I could give less than one star I definitely would….I have no words to explain what the people just did... I ordered my pizza to be delivered with NO CONTACT. My pizza appeared to be “delivered” was not in my door, I call they tell me no one came out so they took my pizza but they were going to deliver it again and due to the mistake they were going to give me another pizza.They delivered TWO boxes, one of them with my pizza that was already COLD and the “additional pizza” was actually an EMPTY BOX.
Ordered pizza at 9:12pm, it finally got to the hotel at 11pm & the store is only 1 mile down the road AND our pizza is COLD! Not a happy customer right now.

Papa John's pizza is definitely a superior pizza over Domino's and Little Ceasar.I especially like the fact that that uber annoying owner no longer does the commercials.
Not sure what is going on with Papa John's Pizza but they have not been too good lately. The pizza was over cooked and not cut all the way through. The slices were so uneven. Some pieces were huge and others were so small you could finish it in just a couple of bites. Overall we were disappointed with the quality of the pizza.
With the other chains falling apart, Papa John's remains strong. Great food, delivered fast.
I ordered a pizza from this location and the delivery driver pretty much threw the pizza when he got to the door which resulted on all the toppings falling off of the pizza, ending on one side of the box, besides the bad attitude. When I called the store they didn’t address the situation at all, put me on hold to later hang up on me. What kind of disrespect is that?
