Virginia is awesome, her and the food always consistent. Tattooed lady with dyed hair always has attitude making experience unpleasant. Drive thru always long as food is made to order.
Horrible service I sat in the drive-through for 45 minutes with no acknowledgment. When I spoke to the manager Regina her explanation was that she told me the hold on twice which was not the case. She also told me the reason why it took so long was because someone had a $300 dollar order. I wasn’t asking for much just a brief explanation or acknowledgment that I was at the window and what was going on. That was a horrible reason for horrible service. No apology at all; Don’t come unless you got an hour and a half time to get some food.
For anyone coming to this Miami Subs location, YOU SHOULD BE WARNED.... I've waited for 50 minutes to get my food. No restaurant of any type would make any customer wait damn near an hour. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because the food is consistently good.I have a feeling no matter how many bad reviews this gets nothing will change. Nevertheless, I will leave this here.
Where else can U get fish and chips hamburger turkey sandwich.. Great selection of food choices but one downside to this Plantation Miami Grill the staff has no personality. They don't talk to U don't smile so I guess let the food do the talking and I will continue to patronize this establishment.
One day I was having a craving for wings and came to this Miami Subs location. There is usually a drive through line which moves slowly but I figured it was because all of their food is made to order. My order consisted of a 10 piece naked mango habanero wings with a double order of fries (substituting the blue cheese and celery with fries. Everything was piping hot and fresh like I like it. The mango habanero sauce is just the right amount of sweet and spicy. It was so good that I went back several weeks later to order it again. This time I substituted the celery for onion rings (which was a $1.50 upcharge). Again my order was fresh, hot and tasty. Only thing is...the chicken wings seemed to have gotten much smaller. I wonder if this is due to a chicken wing shortage or inflation?
Besides waiting in line for 30 mins and paying almost $18 for a sandwich and fries this is what I get when I pull my food from the bag- everyone knows the pricing of everything has gone up but to not even get a full order of FRIES is ridiculous
Customer service plays a big role in where I eat. The drive through lady with the tattoos on her neck was very rude. The attitude honestly made me not trust my food. All she says is Miami subs, takes your order then tells you to “drive off”. I asked for a total so I can have my money ready and she just ignored me. After 5 minutes, I just drove off. Honesty, for the price, you can better quality food elsewhere with great service.
Miami Subs/Grill gets a bad rap sometimes. But its tasty and filling food, at the price range of basically the deluxe items at the bigger fast food restaurants. But you won't find cheesesteak subs & gyros at those. Any place that gives A1 sauce and tzatziki on the side is ok in my book. Plus seasoned fries on the same level as Checkers don't hurt.
Reliable menu and service. Wait times are reasonable. Food is made fresh to order and always hot. Chicken wings and gyros are the best.
This location Gyro Plater is my husband's favorite! They cut their meat, the plate is proportioned nicely. The service is very good as well. This all comes off the comparison of another Miami Subs with me ordering the exact same meals.
