I was going to Dine in since it says open 24 hrs. I stood by the register for 15 min. Employees and management saw me standing there and didn't tell me anything to than later find out they are NOT OPEN 24 HRS. False advertising!!
I’ve come here a lot of times and I’ve never been so disrespected like today (July 29 at 5:30) I don’t know who was taking the orders at the speaker but i can say I didn’t like her attitude, I work at Taco Bell and I also work at the drive through and I’m not saying I’ve never have attitudes but I dont agree if you have personal problems means you have to make it others problems. When I got to the pick up window Ms. Elizabeth who looks like the manager also had and attitude, very bad attitude we asked her to throw away a cup of water and she yelled saying NO! And pretty much threw the food at us and slammed the window in front of us and not even gave us straws for the drinks, the food wasn’t salty enough, and the fries were burnt, also the patty was stale, not even cooked all the way.
Good but forgot a few items on my order and not enough team members at the register. Overall, they took care of me when I brought it to there attention. I will go back.

This place is going down hill the last couple of years. Where wrong food is given out to tonight we waited 15 minutes for ice cream for them to come out and say the machine is down. Mind you saw a car with someone eating an ice cream sundae in the parking lot. Since the store manager Jack left its gone down hill. Very disappointed
I always come to this location and order the same thing, and never have issues with their customer service. I’ve only had my order done wrong one and that was it really fast and really easy. But today, whatever boy was in the drive-through taking orders on 06/05 at 12:50pm, he had a nasty attitude. Today, I am sick, and couldn’t keep down fully solid foods so I felt for a salad, I asked for a chaser chicken salad, he said they didn’t have any. So I sat there and looked online at the salad menu to see which salad I would like to try. He asked me how could he help me. And I stated that I was looking into the other salads. He said, with an attitude, that they didn’t have any salads n haven’t sold salads in 3 yrs. So why didn’t you say that from before when you said u didn’t have any ceaser salad ?????? Obviously I didn’t know. So I didn’t order anything and I left. Wont be returning.
Get 3 stars instead of 4 bc they are still in the probate period in my eyes. They used to always be on point but about a couple months ago they started slacking off with not having the ice cream machine running and running out of product, but, they have got back in top of things within the last week so hopefully they keep it up. I promise im not a heavy mcd eater like that, i mainly go for the ice cream cone for my pup, he loves it...
the food was great, but the wait was 15 minutes and there was a fly in the cookie/desert box.
Went there earlier tonight around 8:20 pm. I waited in the IRDER line as this young female employee is leaning on the counter watching videos on her phone. I stand there about 2 minutes before she looks up at me and walks to the back.
This is our go-to McDonald's . They have a few employees that are super nice, the drive thru is always fast, and the inside is clean.
