I ordered the choose two options for the lunch special I believe,? but it was the load of baked potato and a steak salad. The salad was fresh the load bake potato was loaded. The presentation and freshness of everything wasn't something that I was expecting while ordering during Rush of the lunch hour ? And it was my first time ordering / eating from this restaurant.
First time here...nice warm decor and friendly staff. Ordered the Reuben sandwich with potato salad, pickle and their "Famous" sweet tea. The Reuben had plenty of meat and was delicious. Potato salad had the taste of a deli made salad. Tea was sweet and perfect. Nice change of pace from burgers and other fast food places.Just visited yesterday and today and ordered the New Yorker with Mac & Cheese. Awesome...
Truly have a wonderful experience every time I come in here, whether takeout or eating in, The fruit is always on point, the sandwiches are always tasty, the staff is super kind. Really love it when a team as well put together and they put out great food, five out of five stars

4 out of 10 times they’ve messed up my order, my wife loves one of the salads there and orders it all the time… today I called in the salad order and I get there and they tell me they don’t have any Romain lettuce… they could’ve told me over the phone so I wouldn’t waste my time driving over
I ordered catering from the McAlister's Plantation location a few weeks ago and the service was phenomenal. It was for a surprise birthday celebration at my workplace, so I needed the items early on the morning of pick-up.The manager was very accommodating in making sure that someone would be available at the restaurant for the time that I needed.Not only was the service exceptional but the presentation of the platters was very neat, and the food was also fresh.I would highly recommend ordering catering from McAlister's for your next event, whether large or small.
I never had McAlisters before a month ago. Everything is good, and and tea is so GD good, especially the half and half tea. I'd eat here every day for dinner if I could. Legit the best food
