They were the bomb, my only regret is not asking for more eel sauce. Most times I order sushi I'm left hungry or unsatisfied or they skimp on the sushi but Koume did not disappoint. I ordered the shrimp dumplings and spider roll with cucumbers and it tasted awesome. At that, I'm super busy all the time multi tasking with 3 kids, I had to stop at 3 places in that same plaza(them included) while trying to stay in touch with family back home. I don't like being on the phone while I order or pick up but I needed to make the call real quick, however the man that helped me was extremely nice and understanding regardless. I will definitely go back when I get the next opportunity to eat my sushi ?!!!
My experience at koume was nothing short of exceptional. Toshi and his staff were great, the food was amazing, and the presentation even better.Much success!
Called to order pick up over the phone the menu prices are different she didn’t give me a total of how much it would be before she hung up. I called back only for her to tell me the lunch special and egg rolls had gone up in price and doesn’t come with a soup nor salad. I cancelled the egg roll only and she stated “Jesus Christ I said I already made it” I explained the menu prices are different she huffed and stated she made it already and hung up on me” smh seemed like a nice place but POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Food and service was amazing. Really enjoyed this place. I had chicken Katsu the lady had sushi.
Yet another great visit to my favorite sushi spot in town. I don't live as close and have not gotten to visit as often as I used to especially since quarantine. Never been disappointed here and will continue to visit when ever I get a chance!
My daughter and I recently came here and the service was an amazing experience we felt like regulars. It’s a small crowded place but the food was great. If your children love anime this is a great experience. The combo noodles had a great taste and the sushi was good. We really enjoyed the Gyoza appetizer as well. Everyone was friendly.
This restaurant is amazing! If I could give it 10 stars I would. The sushi is amazing. It was so good that it is all I think about. It was so good that it feels like a dream making me want to go back to confirm it is real even though it is 50 minutes away from where I live. The sushi isn’t the only amazing thing, the service and attention of the owner was beyond this world.
One of the best places in South Florida for sushi. Great quality at a reasonable price. And the ramen is to die for. When you walk in they shout hello how are you and when you leave they shout see you tomorrow I just love this place.
We were getting haircuts next door so when I saw the reviews I decided to e should try. We kept it very simple and I ordered a California hand Roll my fiancé ordered a regular California roll to go. I took my first bite and was less than pleased but I was hungry and thought maybe I was being picky so I took two more bites. I didn’t mention my dislike to my fiancé to avoid influencing his taste buds. So I handed his to him as he finished up his haircut. He took to pieces and told me it was gross. How do you mess up on California rolls. The avocado didn’t taste fresh and same with the crab. So we threw out the food. We really aren’t very picky so for us to not finish our food especially something as simple as California rolls really shows the poor quality of the ingredients. We definitely won’t me coming back here.
Delicious, very authentic Japanese experience and a wonderful place for a nice meal. The anime figurines and Japanese lessons were a definite plus!Oishii!おいしい
