I love this place and been coming for years. Food is great. It is one of the only two Chinese restaurant I trust to eat from.
First time ordering from this restaurant. Rather than using an app, we decided to order directly from the restaurant. This way restaurant receives 100% of the funds. With that being said, the website is very user friendly, had no issues. Would only recommend adding pictures to menu items. After entering my payment information, of course including a tip. Order was confirmed online. I received a call from restaurant to validate I was told to be sure my name is actually on the card used. What? Never heard that before. So good arrives the delivery person was not pleasant at all. In fact used very little words and used hand gestures to get me to show my card all of which was already included. Driver didn't respond when he was thanked for the delivery. Absolutely nothing. Now for the food: at minimum very basic and not in a good way. Everything was same color and I think only had onions available. Since there were no other vegetables in my dishes. This will be my last order.
Hands down some of the best Chinese food in plantation. Family owned and operated. Amazing taste and quality of food. I've been ordering from here for years and it's never disappointed.
5 STARS !It went just like this. I called to give my order and they picked up the phone fast and checked my old orders to repeat what I always get and then I go to the store that I have been going to for years and sure enough it was another absolute perfect order, prepared perfect, priced accurate and a good value as well. I got my shrimp and lobster sauce, chicken fried rice, egg roll and Wonton soup and it was hot and tasty. The brother and sister that work the front are always polite and the restaurant is always clean. They even don't have any walls so if you desire you can see everyone that is working and cooking to show how everything is prepared from start to finish. It is a great family restaurant and while mostly a take out place, there are a couple of tables I believe outside but I do know before the world shutting down for a year or two they did have tables inside as well so I imagine they will be back someday.Not only was everything great but when I unwrapped my dinner at home, EVEN their take out bag has a smiley face on it as well as my favorite expression ....Have a nice day !Thank youA.Z.
Beware that they seem to make up the prices of the food - they don’t honor the price listed on the website or printed in their own menus on the desk.
So my husband ordered food online. He ordered the house special egg foo yun among other things and asked for it to not have any pork in the special instructions section . And asked for fried rice no pork as well. They even called and verified that was what we wanted. The food came with white rice( we were fine with that because we weren’t charged) but the food came with pork in it. When my husband called back and said it came with pork the son Roy said “oh you can’t eat pork, so my husband said obviously someone here can’t eat pork if I ordered it with no pork. So after having nothing to say but ummm for a while he said he would credit us back $10, my husband said that he would like to be credited back what he paid for the meal, as only one person had the food. The others can’t eat pork. Roy then preceded to tell my husband that we shouldn’t order food online!!! So my husband asked if that’s how they do business he replied yeah! When we asked what his name was he told him Roy the owners son , and when asked if he could speak to the owner he said he couldn’t speak English.I say all of this to say that if something goes wrong with your order you’ll have to deal with what sounds like a 17 year old boy who doesn’t know how to run a business. What if it was something more important like a serious food allergy?! The special instructions are there for a reason! I could see if when they called back they said we couldn’t prepare the food that way… own your mistake and move on. But then again, an adult running a business would know that, And for someone who handles the customer concerns to be so nonchalant and flippant is disgusting.
Not best Chinese food I have ever tried, but it is the best in the area of sunrise and plantation.
It was perfect! the packaging of the food sooo clean and organized! The egg rolls were absolutely delicious ( hands down my favorite) we also took fried pork with garlic sauce and orange chicken sooo good ! And the service was great they were so nice ??
Wow 3 packets of soy sauce for 34$ of food. I'll make sure the 4 of us to buy these packets up evenly. I hope the owner enjoys the 5 cents you saved lol
