No customer service skills , I waited in line with my two kids and they never greeted me nor took my order, they actually let random people skip me and place an order without saying anything. I ended up just going to chick fil a. I wish I could leave 0 starts
I had an amazing experience with the food from Jerk Grill Express. I thoroughly enjoyed several of their meals including the ox tail, jerk chicken, the festivals are TASTY! I'm from Trinidad, so I know a lot about curry, and they did a great job at the curried chicken!

Do NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. THEY ROB YOU WHO CHARGE $20 FOR A SMALL.OXTAIL DINNER.. WE NOT IN JAMAICA. And besides that the oxtail were not cleaned properly. All that fat on the oxtail. OMG. And the taste was horrible. The cook CANNOT be from Jamaicq or any island. Taste horrible and $20 for a small oxtail dinner. I LOVE DONNA'S JAMAICAN RESTAURANT THEY HAVE THE BEST JAMAICAN FOOD EVA. Thought I was going to the mall food court to eat Panda Express or Chick-fil-A.. until I passed by Jerk Grill. The food looked delicious and authentic. I ended up purchasing the Ox tail, with white rice and greens. The ox was cooked beautifully- juicy, tender and flavorful! The 'gravy' it produced over the white steamed rice was so rich in flavor - it was a treat! The greens were buttery, not bitter at all. If you are willing to go beyond the norm, do so here. Will definitely go back to try her other dishes.
