Tried using app for delivery and it wouldn't work. Chose pick up and went in. In the 10 minutes I was there 3 people came back from their pick up all had wrong orders. Main issue was that we ordered Biscuits and Gravy and got no Gravy. Also ordered a 30oz large soda and they gave he a small. Work on order accuracy and service.
First time coming to this particular ihop. Came here on a Thursday afternoon it was empty , clean and quick service . I like to bring my kids to have breakfast for dinner sometimes and we throughly enjoyed it. I love all the options and the lemonade iced tea is really good! Pancakes are always a must.
The services was good, the restaurant was clean including the bathroom. The food and coffee was good, exactly what you expect from a chain food restaurant, it was nothing to write a book about but it also wasn't terrible. I had a omelet with steak, peppers, onions and cheese.My girlfriend had some omelet with spinach and other greens I don't know what it is, but she liked it. Both her and I almost finished them at the table, and brought them home to finish later.
IHOP has always had amazing food. My family and I were wanting a hamburger and we know IHOP has everything! Your burgers are absolutely delicious. Angus beef is really juicy and tasty. Your onion rings were yummy too! Not to much batter and not greasy either. I sure would come back again for your burgers and anything else on the menu.
It's May 7, 2022 @ 9:00am. I waited 20 minutes to be seated because is was busy. We requested a table but the attendant place my family of 6 with 3 babies at a booth. There were to separate tables next to each other and I asked if they were able to put them together to accommodate me and my family. The female attendant told me that she could not put tables together without permission from the manager. She didn't even attempt to get permission so we left. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We are at the IHOP in Pembroke Pines and the service is great.
IHOP has a menu thats pretty standard from Maine to Florida. Can't go wrong on breakfast menu and this did not disappoint in any way. Our waitresses was busier than all get out she provided excellent service throughout our visit.
I am amazed of the wonderful service, specially Mrs Shirley, she treated us as a family, I really recommend this IHop. Thank you Mrs Shirley. I will be seeing you soon. The food was delicious.
Ordered the special with the endless pancakes but no end less pancakes.It took 35min to get our food, so when the food finally arrived we told our server to put us in for another round of pancakes each thinking that we waited so long first time around we may just time it right.So after we made our request, our server said she would not bring us more pancakes until we finished the total meal. Moving forward and after we finish our meals and then put the orders in for the pancakes we waited 25 more minutes for 2 more order of pancakes that never came.So we went to the register being our server never came back after requesting our check twice. Once at the register a very rude server held our check for another 5 minutes until finally were able to pay our check.We were actually waiting for the cameras to come out, thought for sure we were on some sort of show.I asked to talk to a manager upon leaving but was told that there was no dam manager.
The food came do fast and hot!!!! Love it here always
First time at the IHOP, and all I can say is an empty plate is a good thing. I like how big the restaurant is. Our waitress was the best (I didn't get her name or the receipt). Will be coming back.
