I know this is going to sound strange; some days the food is excellent and others days is not.
Good fried fish. Priced reasonable. Car service after the drive up order window available. No long waits. Call ahead for even faster service!
Great tasting food. I ordered the Fish, shrimp, and chicken combo plates and the was pleased that the food was not overly seasoned. It taste delicious and the price was very reasonable. A must try! Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself.
Customer service was very bad plus the cashier was rude than the cook give me burn fries never go there again if this review have zero I would pick it plus the cook got mad when I ask where do I order that’s why I got burn fries need new staff
The food is consistently good!However, the prices seem to increase for each visit.During our last visit, my husband was double charged. They said it didn't go through the first time. Wrong! 2 days later it showed up on his account twice. They claim they obit saw it once and didn't correct it..So, we were out $100 for 3 dinners.... not cool at all.
This particular restaurant needs an improvement from the lackluster customer service to the food!1.My fries were NOT freshly cooked.They were warm to cold.2.The wings are SMALL.For the price,it isn’t worth it.I just moved to the Sunrise area from Miami Gardens and the Miami Gardens location is much better.The customer service is up to par,the food is ALWAYS made fresh to order.3.The workers are so quick to wanting you to give them your order so that they can go back to gossiping.4.The lady that took my order got my drink wrong and got an attitude when I brought it to her attention.I gave it 2 stars cause the chicken tasted halfway decent after I had to microwave them cause they also were warm.They need to take a trip the Miami Gardens location and learn from them.??♂️
The food is delicious! It's fast food and unhealthy, but oh so tasty. They put this lemon petter butter seasoning on your food, too yummy ?
Always good eating here. Lunch specials are clutch. Variety of Dinner combos.For lunch specials I suggest the 10 pc. Wings or the catfish and shrimp with dat conch souwse! Dinner, gotta get you the snapper/grouper combo with clam strips on the sizzy!
I'm normally satisfied with the Sunrise location however today was different. I called the location to place an order of wings half one flavor and half another flavor I've had this once before a few days ago and my daughter loved it so to my surprise I called to place my order and the employee on the phone in a very stern voice said we don't do that I mentioned that I've had this combo at this location and I was told I needed to pay additional for flavor combinations and I was ok with that but again in the same tone she says we don't do that. I was disappointed because my daughter loves hooks and wanted a combination of flavors and I was also disappointed at not what the employee said but how and the tone she said it in.
