I do not see the hype in paying over $10 got a burger that is supposedly award winning or a favorite..I enjoy shake shack in sawgrass way more for better price point and tastier. I ordered the little Bacon Cheeseburger and even though the patty seemed to be fresh and smashed, I barely tasted the bacon and there was a lot of bacon on there so I appreciate that but it seemed to lack flavor. Same with the cheese in burger..didn't taste or enjoy it as much as other cheeseburgers..and it's over $10 for burger alone, then have to pay like $4 more for fries..I like spicy so I went with Cajun..they served me the normal way and when I went to ask if fries were normal or Cajun, they apologized and gave me the Cajun seasoning so I can place the fries and seasoning in a paper bag and shake it up myself. Not sure if it would taste the same as if it were cooked with seasoning originally but I didn't think it was spicy at all. Overall, wouldn't return and I just think better burgers for better prices elsewhere.
My hubby and I are pesceterian so we tried the veggie burger for second time the first time was very dry this time we added steak A1 sauce tasted betterBut they need to add some little flour because the burger falls apart in ur hands also better if you tell them to not add too Much Of itWe Come for the Ohio fries they are a 10 sooo good
Let me start saying we love Five Guys, since we tried it for the first time, we haven´t tried any other burger, is just not worth it order somewhere else. We are truly loyal clients from this fast food chain. That being said, the reason why we are giving 2 starts at this time is because on our last visit we saw the manager Steve yell and humiliate one of the employees in front of their co-workers and the clients. By the time we were seeing this, we felt very uncomfortable for the injustice. I don´t know if the employee did something wrong or not, but even if he did, good supervisors correct their team in private and congratulate them in public. Franchise owner: Be careful of the people you hire for your team, both managers and crew, they are the face of your business and seeing someone being treated with such disrespect tells a lot about the company culture. The burgers and fries were fantastic, as always.
Waited 30 minutes for only Cajun fries. Got home and they didn't even season them. Too busy smoking weed in the back I guess. It's a hard job.
Don't EVER order delivery!! They use DoorDash and they are the WORST.They are 0 for 5 with me....if Iwould have known, I would have never completed the order. You don't know it's door dash until they text you your order is on the way. You can GUARANTEE they will mess it up...wrong order... incomplete order, wrong house, etc. Unreal
Good food takes a little while, be prepared to be patient while it cooks. The burgers are DELICIOUS, the fries could be much better.
Prices keep going up, quality and service keep going down. I use to enjoy going here as a treat...but not anymore. Don't feel like spending $20+ on a burger, fries and a drink

Got a burger and fries, food was good. Happy they had plenty of outdoor seating too. The employees at this location were hard at work doing a great job and friendly. We made sure to leave a good tip. This Five Guys is in a good location, with lots of other retail shops.
