My sister and her boyfriend always recommended this place and I finally had the chance to try them. I ordered the Calentado paisa and jujo de mango and it was amazing. The food was packed with flavor with every bite and the drink hits different on a hot Florida day. Will be back! ??

One of the most authentic and delicious Colombian restaurants in Broward. Lonnie was my waiter and he was absolutely fantastic. Definitely recommend this place if you're interested in trying new and different cuisines
The food was absolutely delicious ! I am giving this 4 stars and not 5 just because the pork had no flavor at all but the fajitas were fantastic! It’s a smaller, not fancy, local place and very authentic. If you want some delicious Cuban food I would definitely recommend coming here and the portion size was also great.
The Bandeja Paisa is absolutely amazing. This is a traditional Colombian dish that is delicious and huge!The staff at El Balcón de Las Americas is so friendly. If you are looking for a traditional Latin American experience, this is the right place. I loved it ?
I really enjoy this restaurant. The staff is friendly, specially Catalina, who is always very welcoming and goes out of her way to make sure she finds me a table where my stroller can fit. The food is also good and the prices are reasonable. More importantly, it’s clean and nice environment.
Catalina served with a smile and recommended the daily special which included Rice, veggies, fried yuca and a breaded pork steak. Make sure to check her out!
While shopping near Sawgrass Mills, I was craving sancocho. This was one of the closest restaurants that served it near the outlet mall and they only serve it on the weekend. So I was happy I went on a Saturday.In order to serve it quickly, they make the sancocho soup and you get your selection of meat: chicken, beef rib, or oxtail served on a plate along with white rice, plantains and an arepa. I fell in love with the white rice. I still can't figure out what it was flavored with besides garlic but it was delicious. I wished the beef had been cooked longer, as I still found it to be a bit tough. But overall the meal was delicious. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly. It's also great for groups and to celebrate special occasions.
I have been calling since last week to order a delivery this is the third time this happens. There’s usually a lady that ask me to wait one minute but she takes up to 8 minutes with no response, you can hear chatting from the employees in the background as well as joking and laughs but no one seems to care about the person waiting, I hang up and call again and the same thing. The customer service has gone down a lot. Order somewhere else.
Great food however every single time I called for deliveries it always takes over an hour and the wrost they always always get my order wrong or they always forget something.I will never call this place ever again gonna tried a family own Colombian restaurant they treat u better.
