I have been to really few locations of Einstein Bagels, so I don't have a comparative review. Moreover, most of my orders have been to go, so my review is limited. So speaking for this location, the bagel served has always fresh and to my liking.
Best bagels I have had in Florida. My favourite is the Asiago one, really good with cream cheese and dark coffee. Cashier was really nice.
The C/S is excellent here. They are friendly and helpful. They really seem genuinely happy to see you
Yummy breakfast! Cold brew shake was fabulous! But the friendly service was the BEST!
1st off the order was wrong which is okay but they acted like I should take what they were giving me as that was what the order said instead of just correcting it. Than the lids for the coffee didn't fit just as I told the associate in which she replied I keep hearing that. So she manipulates the lid to the cup and sends me on my way. I get to my car to put the coffee in the cup holder and Yep you can guess the lid pops off and coffee goes everywhere. Back inside when I tell them what happened they give me another cup with the proper fitting lid and again send me on my way. No apologies, nothing, zip, zero, nada.
Placed an online order and took me 40 mins to receive it. This place has been on a downward spiral ever since they ended up on Dirty Dining Broward and got shutdown. They need significantly more staff and the dinosaur working the cash register needs to be replaced. All these people waiting and there is 2 people working.
The restaurant was clean. The bathroom was clean. The service was very good. They were attending, kind, and helpful.They are pricey.They didn't have the honey nut spread. They made it sound like the company won't carry it anymore for individual speads.
