I ordered a dozen bagels not knowing they don’t toast them for you . That was disappointing to hear but then I realized I sat there for almost 13 minutes waiting for cold bagels off the rack !!! It’s cheaper and faster to just buy a pack of bagels out of the grocery store .
I've never had a bad experience at this location. Ive been going there now for 15 years and they've always been friendly and quick with the service. Food has always been on point.
Love this location. Food is always great! Hot chocolate is my favorite!
The Managers Oscar is amazing, I go in almost every Saturday at 6:15am and Oscar is always there to help he know exactly what I get and always very helpful. Oscar is the man
Einstein Bros. Bagels, are the best i have had so far. I keep going back e every week. Even friends in Port St. Lucie Lucie when I visit its a must, I have to take my them bagels from Einstein bros.
Good but need to get rid of bum it looks nasty but the customer service from Carlos and Oscar were the best the Einstein’s is good but it not there fault
Great place!! Love their bagels! I have the app so earning the points for rewards is so easy and I shaky get a free bagel every time!
Please find a way to notify via the app if wait time is much longer then normal (otherwise it defeats the purpose of ordering via the app). Usually I'm very happy with the service and quality of the food.
This was the worst experience I’ve had at an Einstein Bros location. Starting with the cashier, CHRIS, he has horrible customer service, very rude, didn’t know anything about the products you sell, didn’t even know what kind of bagels you guys had available at the time. I had to get out of line and get back on line to verify what kind of bagels were available. Ordered coffee, there was no half & half just an empty jug no one seem to care about refilling. Then to top it off, I ordered an everything bagel and got something completely different once I opened my bag. Not sure what kind of bagel this is I think it’s onion but it’s not an everything bagel for sure. I eat those everyday I know exactly what they look like. I’ll never go back to this location even though it’s only 5 mins from my home, I’d rather take a longer drive than waste my money at a place that can’t get it right.
Disappointing. Cashier seemed bothered to take the order. I asked for my sandwich toasted and guess that wasn't communicated. Was told the lunch came with chips but unless I mentioned they weren't in my bag, no one said you have to grab them from a rack as you leave. The atmosphere inside seemed dank as if it were still closed. There are just 3 tables to sit outside but one was apparently occupied with a homeless man's entire belongings. He kept walking in the store and walking out and also pan handling some customers he felt might give him something. Heartbreaking to see, but still an uncomfortable atmosphere to want to have a quick lunch. I'll try a different location next time. Cannot recommend.
