Just wanted to give the wonderful women who work at this location their flowers. These ladies are always extremely polite and deliver fast and accurate service. Hands down the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Keep up the great work ladies!!!
This Dunkin location deserves negative stars. I receive promotional coupons every blue moon, and if you try to use them at this location they’ll lie to you and say it’s for another location, when it’s clearly this address on the coupon. This store is just overall ratchet. They take forever to take your order, even when there’s no line. They always get your drinks wrong and then complain to you if you say anything. Just go to another location, this place is shady.
I've been going to this DD for years now. Always see people come and go I usually never have a problem. I gave 2stars for my visit today because the only thing good was my coffee.Found hair in my food which made me lose my appetite...
Depending on who is assisting me,sometimes I get good service and sometimes not. Overall I wish there was a better staff with customer service training. The door is locked to much.
Shonelle at the drive through is always so pleasant and sweet. Even at 5 am when we have tournaments, she always has a smile and a kind word to say.
Just left there. Walked in and was totally ignored for 3 minutes. I was the only customer in there. The girl at the window with red braids literally looked at me and then turned her back. Trifling

Totally unprofessional…ordered from them for the longest and they messed up my order through DoorDash. A croissant with cream cheese? Is this a joke? Not worth it. I suggest going to ANY Dunkin’ except for this location.
Terrible experience at this location when going into the actual store! I usually go through the drive thru and the service is fine. But being there in front of them, omg horrific!!! They don’t acknowledge you at all when standing there waiting to order. I had to ask if I could order. Then they were complaining about work the whole time. We all work and it’s not always pleasant, but don’t complain in front of customers! The girl who got my donuts ready was not wearing gloves and picked them all with her bare hands!!!!! The guy making the hot food was very nice and efficient, so he’s not included in this review. It’s all the women in the front who are the issue. Now that I know the donuts are handled with bare hands, I will never return!!!!! Never had such a bad experience like this at a restaurant before. Beware before you go!
