Great staff and management. Always pleasant and on time with getting the food out. Honestly this has been a routine with the kids.
Hands-down the absolute best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life the whole entire crew has the best customer service you could ever ask for I will drive here from Hollywood every day just to get my coffee these people make me so happy

For starters, I hope Dunkin takes some notes and hires better employees for this location. Service is very slow, e.g. It takes 15 minutes to warm a crossaint and at times the service is not friendly. Moreover, everytime I have been here, I spend atleast 10-15 minutes for a very simple/basic order. TBH, I have been to better Dunkin location in the neighbourhood.

This is the cleanest Dunkin I've ever been to, the manager and staff are very respectful and treat you right. I am blind and I bring my service dog, the manager always treat my guide dog and I very well with respect and I will never go to another Dunkin and get this kind of treatment. The store manager works very hard to keep everything clean and sanitized and that makes me feel good, being a blind person. They know how to serve a blind person very well.
Showed up at 8:30 and placed my order. After about 20 minutes I noticed a few people who ordered after me getting their food. I calmly approach the guy making the food / putting it on the counter and show him my receipt to ask where my food is in the assembly line. Guy abruptly interrupts me and says he’s just making them in the order they come and that my food is coming. No problem, I wait another 10 minutes and reapproach the same guy with my receipt. He finally takes a look at it, realizes he messed up, and makes up an excuse as to why it’s not done. He then “toast” my two bagels before tossing my bag on the counter without looking at me or apologizing. I don’t leave reviews ever and am very patient, but that was the worse experience I’ve had. Waited 35 minutes for 2 bagels with cream cheese, the bagels were microwaved at best and the cream cheese wasn’t put on the bagels. It was the guy with the short hair in the grey jacket, he is horrible.
Terrible service. I was standing at the counter for 10 mins while the cashier was playing on her phone with another coworker. Another customer asked for extra bacon when paying for his wake up wrap and she wasnt listening. Then the guy asked the person who was making the food if extra bacon was on there and he said YES. The guy proceeded to check and found out that was a LIE. He tried to ask for his extra bacon and the manager told him he had to pay for it in which he thought he did when he ordered but the cashier was too busy worrying about getting lunch and cranberry juice. The drinks were good at first till the ICE melted. Then it has a funky taste. Most likely they probably do not clean the ice machine because the coffee grinders were all full of dust and dirty. I would hate to see this place on dirty Dining.
I had to wait for an hour just to get a dozen donuts and the worker at the cash register(shaq) rolled her eyes and me and yelled at me for telling her my order because they didn’t have the flavor anymore.They were terribly slow and there were some younger girls in the back using their phone while the girl at the register was taking orders without actually making the coffee
