Arrived today and the place was filthy. We left. What has happened to this location? It should be closed in order to preserve the brand.
Christian was an amazing server...friendly, great personality, wonderful person!! Quesadillas were good. Fried cheesecake with ice cream was yummy.
Two words, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.This was my first time at Duffy’s and was recommended by a colleague so i’d figure that i’d give it a shot.As soon as we entered Sean, the General Manager, IMMEDIATELY greeted us with a huge smile on his face and proceeded to seat us. While waiting for my food Jana, the bartender, gave us immaculate service & drinks along with very comforting hospitality. Being observant of the beautiful well-maintained interior, I noticed and admired the fact that he did not only provide the best service that words can’t describe, but he even ran to the door to make sure the happy customers wouldn’t have to open it with their hands full and said goodbye.Couldn’t of had a better experience, special thanks to JANA and SEAN !!! You will see me soon. :)
Duffys Plantation great time. Food was very good, atmosphere terrific, we had a great time.
We selected Duffy’s Sports Grill as the venue for a high school sports banquet and were so happy we did! Johnnie, the general manager, and Devin, the manager, made sure every need was met, including going the extra mile to help with AV support for a slide show. Both parents and athletes enjoyed the evening and particularly, the food! There were plenty of choices and the price was right for an event of this type. We selected to have our event on the outside patio and it transformed beautifully to a “private” space. In bustling South Florida, Duffy’s feels like a hometown spot!
This is the second time this has happened to me. I order the Family Meal Deal and the first time I ordered it I was shocked when they brought out 5 tenders that is supposed to feed 4-6 people. They brought out a single person meal with a single serving of fries. I told the girl and she said oh we’re so sorry and brought out a platter of tenders and fresh fries since we had to wait. So she was able to fix the problem. I thought they just made a mistake that time but I guess not.Now I call today before I order and ask how many come in the Family Meal Deal and the girl I spoke to told me 24. I proceed to order and then when I get there they gave us 15 tenders. I call them and let them know and they told me it comes with 16 tenders. The girl gives me the manager Devon to speak to and he tells me the same thing. He sounded annoyed that I was requesting the rest of the 24 that I was owed. Safe to say I will not be ordering from here again. Oh and I forgot to mention how they gave a single serving of fries for 4-6 people and didn’t even fill up the coleslaw.They ended up giving us everything but we were there for an hour.
Horrible. The onion ring tower made it to the table very late and we did not have to ask, the waitress comp'd it. As it turned out the rings were over done and exposed onion was burnt dark.Eventually my calamari came out and it was awful, completely overdone and dark brown. Obviously who ever was running the fryer did not have a grip on the position.Then stuck to the bottom of a plate was the certified angus flag. The only problem was that no one ordered a burger, and it was stuck to a plate with a mahi sandwich on it!We will never return to a Duffy's again.It's a shame. We looked forward to Duffy's having enjoyed the one in Stuart some years ago. This one at 811 S. University Dr. Plantation Fl. is better skipped over.I give the waitress credit for knowing exactly what was wrong. She was honest and reflected on the fry station as poorly performing on this day and it was a large part of their menu.

Not reviewing the whole chain, which I still patronize as an "MVP" rewards member, but the Plantation management is so abysmal that poor service devolved into no service. We left after over an hour not yet served our food. Chaos. And they do NOT reply to messages sent in the app. There are good employees but they don't get what they need from their superiors.
I was in with my son and the waiter was nice. But our order came out wrong missing items and I had to ask the waiter for things that I asked when I ordered a few times??? Our appetizer was Frozen??? it was eggrolls. my hamburger I ordered medium rare was a hockey puck. side for my son never made it out to the table. nobody every checked back to see how things where going. The manager did come by the table and offer a desert and did comp the eggrolls. Servers need training. and kitchen needs someone who cares about what they serve.
